I call this my shits meditation because we're going to focus on our senses.

Our sense of sight,

Smell,

Hearing,

Taste,

Touch,

And your sensations.

So that's what we'll be doing.

You can use this meditation anytime you just need a moment to gather yourself.

You can do this standing or sitting or even if you're outside that's even better.

Okay let's begin.

Take a look around wherever you are and just notice what you see.

Perhaps look up and down in front of you and behind.

And just notice your breath.

And on your next in breath I want you to take a deep breath in and notice any smells that you have wherever you are right now.

Deep breath in.

Take in any smells,

Aromas,

Fragrances.

On your next in breath notice whatever sounds you hear.

Sounds that are near or far away and just continue to connect with your breath.

When you breathe in next time I want you to check in with anything that's happening in your mouth.

If you have any taste that may be lingering and perhaps rub your tongue around your teeth and just feel the enamel on your teeth.

On your next in breath begin to rub your hands together and feel the energy and heat that you're creating in your hands.

And just place your hands somewhere on your body wherever you feel drawn at this time.

It could be your heart space,

Your stomach,

You decide.

And again just check in with your breathing.

Notice your breath.

And finally on your last in breath I want you to just notice any feelings or sensations in your body right now.

Just breathe and check in with how you're feeling right in this very present moment.

And that is the Schitt's Meditation.

We focused on our sight,

Smell,

Hearing,

Taste,

Touch and your sensations.

This is a wonderful meditation or practice to do whenever you need to just center yourself and you want to be in the present moment.

Be well.
