Hi,

I'm Bassem,

Thank you for joining me,

Wherever you are,

Whatever time zone it is for you.

I hope that you are in good spirits,

And if you are joining me for the first time,

Glad to have you with us.

Find a comfortable place that you can sit,

Close your eyes,

And just start to become aware of the fact of your being in space and time.

We've talked about the importance of our vibration,

Our frequency,

And tonight we're going to have a little practice to do the work.

We often hear about the power of positivity,

The law of attraction,

And the energy we put out into the world.

Our intentions,

Combined with our thoughts and feelings,

Create our reality.

As above,

So below,

As within,

So without.

Think of consciousness as a light with a dimmer switch that you can tweak up,

Increasing the light,

Or turn down,

Decreasing the light.

Take three deep breaths through the nose,

Inhaling deeply,

Then exhaling slowly and completely.

This is one of the reasons why meditation is such a profound practice.

It works directly on raising your vibration,

On elevating your consciousness.

Notice the change in your inner climate,

Tinglings and vibrations in the body.

Whatever it is,

Simply notice.

What we see and what we experience is our mentally projected reality.

Allow the exhale to fully release,

And again.

By you turning your attention from outside,

You become inwardly anchored in that still point of being,

The I,

Our conscious core,

The background of our experience.

As you allow the breath to come back natural,

Imagine that above your head there is a radiant and glowing light that represents your current vibrational frequency.

As our consciousness elevates,

We feel surrendered,

Open to joy,

To abundance,

To meaningful connections.

This light may have a color,

Have a texture.

Take your time to just notice.

By raising our vibrational frequency,

We unlock the potential for a higher life.

You might notice sensation at the crown of your head,

Some tinglings there.

The quality of our thinking is equal to the level of our consciousness.

If you raise the level of consciousness,

You bring about a change in your reality.

Whatever it is,

Simply notice.

We become like magnets effortlessly drawing to us the opportunities,

The connections,

Experiences,

People that correspond exactly with our new frequency.

This light,

Whatever color it may be,

Whatever texture it may be,

Gradually intensifying,

Maybe growing brighter.

With each inhale,

The light becomes more vibrant and begins to spread its warmth downward to touch your face.

As you breathe in,

The light intensifies.

And as you breathe out,

You feel the warmth release your tension.

You notice that this light is also descending down to your neck,

Warming your throat.

As you breathe in,

You draw in this light.

And as you breathe out,

You release your tension.

And then you notice this light also dropping down to your upper chest and the back,

Shoulders.

Just feeling that area,

Chest,

The sides.

Breathing in the warmth and releasing the tension.

Down to your abdomen,

The front,

Back and the sides.

And just feeling this radiant light increasing in space and time as you inhale and feel the warmth of it.

And then releasing all the tensions in that area as you breathe out.

And then we move down to the pelvis region,

The bums,

The pubic bone in the front.

Inhaling deeply,

Feeling the radiance of that area.

And then breathing out with your attention in that area.

Your body now is being entirely enveloped in this radiant light from the top of your head to your pelvis region.

As we continue to move our way down to the upper legs,

Down to the knees.

Inhaling into that region and feeling the radiance,

The lower legs,

Calves in the back.

Come down to your feet.

Breathe in deeply into that area.

Feel the glow of light radiating.

The whole body is entirely enveloped in this radiant light to the best of your ability.

Wrap in this vibrational field of energy.

With this growing feeling of calmness and stillness.

Just ask,

What specific positive experiences or connections would you welcome?

And with that,

As I slowly bring my awareness back to my surroundings,

I am determined to try to stay centered in this feeling.
