Let's breathe in deeply and exhale all the negative thoughts that are bothering you. Release those pent-up emotions that seem to be weighing you down.

Just noticing your body,

Notice how you feel.

Feeling your lungs expanding.

Notice your body becoming more relaxed.

And start to being curious,

Starting to connect to the energy of love and being curious about the word love.

And when you connect to your heart,

What does love mean?

Just start to notice and being curious,

Explore.

And start to going deeper into the word self-love.

And as you're connecting to the feeling,

You may see a color allowing yourself to feel the shower of love.

Maybe you see pink,

Maybe you see a different color,

Whatever it is.

Allowing yourself to connect to that color.

And feeling that color washing through your feet.

Feel up your body.

This gentle,

Soft energy.

Allowing that energy to going through your legs.

Recharging the bones,

Filling up the muscles.

Expanding through your pelvic floor.

Allowing this pink color,

This pink energy,

Be your love.

Anchoring into your uterus and your ovaries.

Feeling that feminine energy,

Connection,

Creativity,

Compassion.

Allowing that energy to expand throughout your whole abdominal.

Washing throughout all your organs.

Going through your lungs all the way to your heart.

And feel the connection between your feet,

Your uterus,

And your heart.

Feel the alignment.

The ease.

Fall.

That feminine energy.

Expanding throughout your shoulders,

Down towards your arms.

And feeling all the way to your hands.

And feeling the connection through your fingers.

And feeling the pink light spreading throughout your neck.

Right,

Left.

Amplify throughout your face.

Feeling each muscle,

Each nerve,

Being watered by this beautiful pink light.

Better love.

All the way to the head.

Allowing that to pass throughout your ears.

Going through the bones of the cranial.

Feeling up each space of the brain.

Feeling the brain expanding.

And allowing that connection between the right side of the brain and the left side of the brain.

Feeling the alignment.

Balance.

Place your hands in front of you in the pray position.

And then see if you can feel the energy coming from the right side of your body and match the energy from the left side of your body.

Just notice if there is one side that's stronger,

More awake.

Notice that.

And then see if you can even both sides.

Feel the pressure from the side that's weaker.

Give a little bit more power to that side.

And ease up the side that's been stronger.

And play with that feeling.

Let the right side push a bit harder.

Feel that masculine energy.

And see if you can feel the energy,

The masculine energy of love.

See if you can feel the difference between the feminine energy of love.

And play around with that feeling.

Left energy,

Feminine,

Compassion,

Soft,

Nurturing,

Caring.

Feel that.

And then allow the right side to take over.

More action,

Doing,

Accomplishment.

Feel that sensation back to the left.

Allow the left to become stronger again,

Nurturing,

Loving,

Compassion.

And let the right take over.

Motivation,

Accomplishment,

Success,

Win.

And now see if we can match them and bring a bit of the masculine,

A bit of the feminine,

A myth in the mirror.

Notice how does that feel?

Does that feel easy?

Does that feel harder?

Notice the rest of your body.

How does the rest of your body feel when you're finding that synchronicity,

The balance between the right and the left hemisphere,

The right and the left brain,

Right and left energy.

Finding the feeling of in and beyond,

Dark and light,

Soft and hard,

Unconditional love,

Loving every part of you,

The masculine and the feminine,

The good and the bad.

Can you bring that unconditional feeling towards every single part of your body,

Especially the part that hurts.

If you have any physical pain,

Emotional pain,

Any sensation about it,

It doesn't feel good,

Can you love that part?

Can you bring that unconditional love?

As you feel that,

Notice what side is stronger,

The right or the left.

When you're ready,

You can relax your hands and check your body again.

Notice how you're feeling now.

Notice what changed.

Bring the breath a little bit deeper.

Bring the sense of gratitude for this moment for all the gifts that your body gives to you,

All the challenges that you overcome.

Careful for the strength every day to become a better person.

Gratitude for all the parts of your body.

Gratitude for your vision to be able to see.

Gratitude for the hearing.

Gratitude for being able to taste.

Gratitude for being able to smell.

Gratitude for the sensation,

For the touch that our body allows us to feel.

And if you wish,

Allow yourself to touch your arms,

Touch your face,

And enjoy that feeling,

Loving yourself,

Connecting with yourself.

Grateful for you,

For who you are.

Unconditional love.

Acceptance where you are right now.

Gratitude for all that you've done,

All the challenges you overcome,

All the growth that you had.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and look around the world from this place of loving yourself.

Gratitude.

Unconditional love.
