Ben is a Psychodynamic Therapist, Sound Therapist, and Co-Director of MahaDevi Yoga Centre, a specialist facility dedicated to supporting young people. With a deep passion for connecting individuals to the natural world, Ben integrates his extensive training in Hatha Yoga, Yoga for The Special Child, Yoga Nidra, and Trauma-Informed Yoga with the principles of deep ecology. He believes that true healing and well-being arise from our innate connection to nature and the environment around us. Holding a Diploma in Group Sound Therapy, Ben also explores the transformative power of sound, including electronic music, as a vehicle for healing. His holistic approach weaves together nature-based practices, sound therapy, and yoga to guide you towards greater self-awareness, ecological harmony, and fulfilment. Through his work, Ben aims to inspire others to cultivate a deeper relationship with the Earth, fostering both personal and planetary well-being.
