This practice is for whenever kids or families need a calming "reset". It would be perfect listening for a mindful break or to help calm and connect just before bed. In this practice, we use calming mudras by placing our thumb on each of our fingers and imagining the sun, moon, earth, and universe. Calming mantras: I am powerful, like the sun.
