This has been a great meditation for me to get in touch with each part of my body and to stay in touch with it during most of the meditation. Less drifting than usual. I’ve been meditating for years however starting with Laura’s relaxing voice and the initial fingertip focus has been extremely helpful for me. Thank you, Laura!!!
