Bianca, this released something in me so incredibly powerful I have no words. In the last lesson, when I lay floating in the ocean, gliding over the swells, the pure vastness of the sea became so clear. How yet could I float and be with ease? I looked down at my hands and had them open, facing up, pinky to pinky, cupped. This was mother, Gaia, source, everything I came from into being. And I was in her hands within the ocean. The swells made manageable because of her cradle. It became clear in that instant that this is inner knowing. That I am divinely held, that I am guided, that it is safe to trust my self because I am her and she is me. I arose from source, pure love, into this form, my form. I cried at the realization. I released something so powerful I felt it in my being, in my depths, as I lay floating in the ocean. Held. Thank you for this meditation. 💜❤️
