Dear listener,

Welcome to this space to wake up in a great mood.

I invite you to lay your attention to your breath,

Whatever your position is right now,

And just observe and then choose what position is comfortable for you.

Is it a sitting position,

Laying down,

Standing up?

Just observe what feels fair to you as a position and allow yourself to do that position which is connected to the earth.

You can surrender fully to the floor and the earth which is supporting you for the day and more.

You can choose to close your eyes or to gaze at a fixed point.

I invite you to inhale deeply and exhale deeply at your own pace,

Always.

You may breathe through your nose,

Letting the air going in,

And you may exhale through the nose or the mouth,

Trusting what is right for you,

Always.

As you're breathing,

You can just let go of the sound around and just focus on your breath,

Gently,

Naturally.

As you inhale the air,

You may inhale a sense of gratitude within your body and within each cell,

A thank you,

And exhale that gratitude at your own pace in each of your cells,

In each part of your body,

Going down to the roots.

Inhale and exhale gratitude at your own pace as long as you want.

Keep on doing so and you may let a smile gently visit your lips.

That smile can become wider at your own pace if you feel so.

The smile has the power to create gratitude too.

A new day is starting for you.

In that new day,

You can become fresh and start again.

You can connect to your breath and lay a hand or two hands on your heart,

Still inhaling and exhaling gratitude,

This time on your heart space.

You can even visualize a gentle smile in that heart space.

It's a place for which you can say thank you.

Thank you for making me live,

For creating the sound of the heartbeat.

Thank you for feeling.

Thank you for being.

Observe the movement of your heart,

Which has accompanied you in your nights and days.

In this heart space,

You may connect with your inner heartbeats.

If you hear them,

Always with gratitude,

You can also connect with the silence,

With the pause between the heartbeats with gratitude.

The sound and the silence are lovers in a way.

You may also observe the temperature of your hand in contact with your heart,

Still breathing gratitude for this new day which is starting,

And eyes closed if it's okay for you.

Connect it to your heart.

I invite you to visualize a very close future,

Something that you want to accomplish,

Experiment,

Or do during this day.

Maybe an emotion that you want to feel.

And just observe yourself in details.

Observe you doing the action that you want.

Observe the joy which is filling your space.

Observe you doing that action coming from a space of joy and of choice.

Observe your environment,

Your clothes,

How your body feels,

And observe how this reality is close to you.

You can touch it.

You have the power to be and to create anything,

Anytime,

Starting from a space of joy.

Let the joy invade each of your cells.

You can also invite a gentle movement within you.

A natural movement can be from instance undulation in your heart,

In your spinal cord,

Starting from the sacrum maybe,

Connected to your hara,

To your guts.

Just listen to your body and feel free to move gently according to what you feel.

You may even stretch and still connect with the frequency of joy.

There is no need to do one thousand and one things to feel happy and joyful.

Allow yourself to connect with that energy of joy anytime,

In any space.

Just allow yourself to connect to your heart during the day,

Whenever you feel the need to.

I invite you to embrace again a deep breath of gratitude for you in that space which is yours.

Inhale and exhale deeply,

And you may inhale and exhale that gratitude in the room that you are being right now,

In your room where you are meditating,

Inhale and exhale gratitude for your city,

Inhale and exhale gratitude for your country,

Letting your gratitude live in the air and always at your own space and own pace,

Inhale and exhale gratitude for the earth,

For the planet where you are living,

Inhale and exhale gratitude for the universe,

This gratitude surrounding the universe and for your being from the macrocosm to the microcosm.

Thank you for that moment that you have granted to yourself,

Thank you for your presence,

Thank you for your existence,

And thank you for this wonderful day waiting for you.
