Dear listener,

Welcome to this space where I invite you to embrace the sleep and the rest of your body You can lay down on your bed or in the space which seems good for you The light's off if you're comfortable with it And you can gently close your eyes,

Rest on the sound of my voice and the silence in between You can welcome all the external sounds in that space like a soundtrack Which is not an obstacle to your sleep And you may lay the attention on your breath,

On your rhythm If you've got some thought,

Just lay gently your attention again on your breath Gently And you may let your body surrender to your bed,

To the space that you have chosen Which is present to support you,

To support you and your rest And just observe how your body surrenders to that space,

To that bed While deepening at your own rhythm,

Your breath Through your deep inhale and exhale,

You can let go of the weight of the day Of your thoughts,

Of your worries And just settle in your cozy bed,

In your cozy space Under your blanket maybe In the present moment Observe the contact of your cloth or blanket with your skin As you maintain your attention on your breath,

Gentle and deep You can lay your attention on the eyes and breathe in that space If you notice any tension under your closed eyelids You can gently roll your eyes on one side and on the other side Always keeping your eyelids closed Roll your eyes slowly,

At the slowest pace Choosing the moment to shift from one side to the other side When you roll them and as you roll them very gently Observe the space of tension and the space of release within your inner gaze Your eyes might have been used much during the day And they deserve a rest,

Like all of your body and being While you breathe deeply,

Keep on gently rolling your eyes under your closed eyelids If you feel like yawning,

You can do it And even open your mouth wider Observing the air in your mouth and the relaxation in your body when you yawn If you need to message gently your face to caress it,

Why not?

Just listen to that moment of gentleness and rest that comes before you sleep Just listen to your needs,

Keep focusing on your breath gently I invite you to breathe deeply always While observing the space of your ribcage,

Protecting your heart and lungs Your rib temple And just observe how your ribs move as you breathe deeply Observe the weight of your body,

Which surrenders more and more If it's ok for you,

I invite you to put your hands on your belly And observe the temperature of your hands in contact with your belly And breathe deeply in that space,

In that area of emotions In that active zone of digestion requesting to have a rest during that precious time of your sleep Observe the warmth in you,

The body surrenders more and more to your bed To the earth supporting you You can thank yourself,

Thank you for that day Thank you for these times that you are offering to yourself You may even set an intention for that night's sleep,

For your dreams to come Thank you for your body which has supported you during the whole day You may invite a sense of gratitude for something positive which happened today for you And you can even set a positive intention for the following day Even if only the present moment matters right now And let us thank the sleep which embraces you very gently The rest with maybe messages of your subconscious in your dreams without expecting anything Thank you for that space of rest,

For that space of regeneration And for that space of sleep in which the voice of your body and of your sleep can fully express and restore Thank you
