Welcome to this two-minute meditation.

Let's find a seat or a comfortable position and close the eyes.

Let's take a deep inhale together.

And exhale,

Let it go.

Again,

Deep inhale.

And exhale,

Let it go.

Notice how only a few moments of stillness begins to relax the body.

Notice how breathing consciously begins to quiet the mind.

One last time,

Deep inhale together.

And exhale,

Let it go.

For the next few moments,

Relax.

And we'll come together very soon.

Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Let's take a deep inhale together.

And exhale,

Let it go.

Let's open the eyes.
