You'll be led through open-ended statements for you to answer. Remembering what brings you aliveness, reflecting on moments where you feel proud of yourself, appreciating your gifts and what you bring to the world, and more. I️ recommend doing this when you have space to free write with a journal. You can also simply listen and float with your answers.

Amplify your alchemy.

Hi there beautiful soul.

Welcome to this sacred space.

In this writing meditation,

You'll be invited to deepen into your gifts,

Gathering and calling upon all of the deep wisdom you hold and amplifying the most majestic parts of you.

These are the parts of you that feel the most natural and free.

The parts of you that bring aliveness and expansion.

The parts that when you live into them and you allow them the space to be expressed,

You may have the experience of what it's like to live from your soul's highest values.

Feeling a sense of truth and fulfillment.

Witnessing the power of your magic.

Discovering the beauty of your uniqueness.

So take a moment to settle in the here and now.

Grounding into your sit bones.

And as we prepare for this journey,

You can choose to bring out your journal,

Bring out your notepad.

Maybe if you just want to take this moment to simply exist in this realm,

Floating amongst the answers as they drop in,

You are welcome to do that as well.

Because this is not a practice of perfection,

But a practice of free expression.

I'm going to be making some statements.

And as I make them,

I invite you to finish the sentence.

It may flow into a paragraph,

Just whatever sense of completion comes forward.

This is such wonderful writing practice to start my day! Your voice is so lovely and inviting to the listener! To note, I always write in the morning, after I get up, but this practice could also be used at anytime of day, when you need to slow down and come back into oneself. I really like the prompts and will coming back to this practice again! Thank you! ❤️
