Chad Foreman is a former Buddhist monk who studied and practiced full time with his Tibetan Guru Khensur Rinpoche for 6 years living in an isolated meditation retreat hut in a Buddhist community in Australia. With his Guru's blessing Chad has been teaching meditation since 2002 and is the founder of the website The Way of Meditation. He conducts meditation workshops around Australia, offers meditation coaching, has written hundreds of blogs and now offers retreats on the Sunshine Coast Qld.

I was recommended this my my spiritual guide (Renato) and this was so grounding... I dinto know thebpower of tummo just had heard of it... It fqme at the right time... I believed i was in a veey rough place in life and nothing exceot divine energy can save me and thats true but to experience the divine within... Thats a worthy experience in itself. Divine bless you Chad. May I stick to practicing this properly.

Thank you so much. I was in so much anger for being hurt and I knew that my only way out to peace of mind was through forgiveness but I was still attached to my anger. I am so grateful that I tried this meditation because I feel so much better. I feel like I was able to release some of it which opened the door for forgiveness. Thank you so much!
