Caitlin Knudsen

Caitlin Knudsen's meditations start with a simple premise: Your body knows what it needs. Rather than instructing, she offers gentle invitations supported by imagery from the natural world — waves, roots, dirt — for your body to respond however it wants to, including not at all. Trauma-informed somatic training (ISITTA and Hakomi-informed coaching) shapes her work. Her ongoing training as a forest therapy guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy nestles her in relationship with the more-than-human world — a relationship she welcomes you into, meandering on a path that calls you. She completed the Professional Level training and continues her training in trauma-informed community work in fall 2026 with the Center for Mind Body Medicine. She lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her partner, two pugs, and pollinators who come and go.
