Emma is a Mum of a little boy and lives in sunny Cornwall in the UK. She believes that giving children the tools early on to manage their emotional wellbeing, lays the foundations for adolescents and adulthood. Emma loves to creatively guide children in playful breathwork, relaxation and mindfulness skills. Emma has a Bsc in Social Work and has worked with children, young people and families for nearly 20 years.
