Begin by settling comfortably,
Seated or lying down.
I invite you to close your eyes if that feels comfortable.
This meditation is infused with Reiki healing energy.
So if you are open to receive,
Simply accept in your mind's eye.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through the nose and exhale gently through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale deeply and release.
Allow your breath to soften with each breath.
And as you come to your centre,
Allow me a moment to connect.
Feel the muscles of your face relax.
Your jaw unclench.
Your shoulders drop.
Your chest softens.
Your breath becomes slow,
Steady and effortless.
Now imagine yourself standing in a quiet,
Open field under a vast night sky.
Above you,
Glowing brightly,
Is the full moon in Libra.
Its light is luminous,
Silvery and so calming.
This moon holds the energy of balance,
Fairness,
Beauty and heart-centred truth.
As you stand beneath it,
The moonlight begins to pour down over you like a waterfall of light.
It enters through the crown of your head,
Flowing down through your mind,
Quieting the overthinking,
Releasing the tension.
Now the moonlight moves into your throat.
Softening the words left unsaid,
Releasing the words spoken in frustration and restoring honest,
Loving expression.
Now this light flows into your heart centre.
This is where Libra's healing begins.
Place one hand over your heart.
Feel the warmth beneath your palm.
Within your heart is a beautiful golden scale.
One side represents what you give to others.
The other represents what you allow yourself to receive.
Notice how that scale looks right now.
Is it balanced?
Or has it tipped too far to one side?
Perhaps you've been giving too much.
Trying to keep everyone happy.
Or holding space for others while neglecting your own needs.
Or perhaps you've been protecting your heart.
Hesitant to receive love or support.
Whatever appears is simply information.
Now imagine gathering every imbalance,
Every resentment,
Every moment you felt unseen or unheard.
Place it gently onto the scale and watch as the scale shifts.
Now we call forward the healing energy of the Libra moon.
See the moonlight flowing directly into your heart.
This light begins placing new energies onto the opposite scale.
Self-respect.
Clear boundaries.
Mutual support.
Peaceful communication.
Balanced relationships.
Give these energies a moment to settle.
Watch as the scales slowly shift.
Slowly,
Gently,
Return to equilibrium.
Balanced,
Stable,
Harmonious.
Now imagine the moonlight expanding outward from your heart.
Forming a sphere of glowing silver light around you.
Inside this sphere,
All relationships exist in their highest vibration.
Take a moment to bring to mind one relationship in your life.
That could use healing or rebalancing.
You don't need to solve anything.
Simply place this relationship in the sphere of moonlight.
See both of you surrounded by soft silver light.
Any cords of resentment,
Obligation,
Or imbalance begin to dissolve.
In their place appears new cords made of gold and light.
These cords represent healthy connection,
Mutual respect,
And energetic balance.
Silently repeat,
I release imbalance from my relationships.
I honor my needs and my truth.
The relationships meant for my highest good now align with harmony and respect.
Take a slow breath in and let it go.
Feel your heart lighter.
Feel your energy recalibrating.
Now look back up at the full moon.
Its light gently seals this new balance within you.
You are no longer carrying what was never yours to hold.
Balance lives within you.
Harmony lives within you.
And from this place,
Your relationships begin to shift naturally.

Recognizing your surroundings,
The surface beneath you,
