Hello and welcome.
I am Candy Foster and I am a mindfulness meditation instructor and a Reiki master teacher.
I am honored to bring this meditation and activation to you today.
For the first part of this month,
It is super important to do some inner reflection.
With the information that arises,
We will dig in and do some much needed cleaning,
Clearing,
Scrubbing,
Doing the work.
I will have some Reiki energy infused in this.
So if you are willing to receive this divine energy for only your highest and best good,
Just say yes and we will begin.
Find a comfortable place where you can be for a few minutes with a straight spine.
Settle into this space and become one with your surroundings.
Let's take a deep breath in and release.
Another deep breath in,
Moving in fully and release fully.
And one more deep breath in and hold at the top for just a moment and release.
Start to settle into a softer,
Gentler,
More natural breath and just let it flow softly,
Focusing on the rhythm of each cycle.
Allow your eyes to softly close and start to go inward,
Inward towards your spirit,
Your soul.
That place where you can observe with true detachment,
Knowing that whatever comes up will not upset you.
No judgment here.
This is purely reflection.
Focus on the breath,
Allowing whatever comes up to come up.
We're here to honestly reflect within.
Remember whatever comes up,
This is what you need to work on at this moment.
Judgment free,
Guilt free,
Emotion free.
Just observe.
You are using your inner wisdom to realize what needs clearing,
Like getting ready for winter,
Cleaning and scrubbing out what needs to be removed and let it go.
What are you hanging on to tightly to?
That thing that isn't serving you anymore.
Bring it into your heart and declare your farewell.
Relinquish it.
Take a deep cleansing breath in.
Feel that breath wrap around whatever has come up for you.
As you exhale,
Feel it leave you with the breath.
Feel how much lighter you feel and notice more space in your heart.
Come back to the breath and do this again.
See what comes up.
Most of us have a few things we need to work on.
More than one thing we need to let go of.
Again,
Notice it without attachment and just observe.
You now know how to move forward here.
Allow that block or issue to move into your heart just like before.
Take another deep breath in.
Allow the breath to involve it.
Let it go in the exhalation.
Feel the release.
You can repeat this process as many times as you need to.
Now it's time to move into the work part of your body.
With each thing that came up for you,
Reflect back on how to move forward.
How will you pivot and progress from here?
What will you do differently?
Allow the answers to appear in your mind's eye.
You will know the answers.
Do this for each of the items that came up for you.
Now let's return to the breath and allow each inhalation to bring in room,
Revise your breath,
And finalize the energy.
Energy that lights that spark.
Nice your drive and determination to do the work that needs to be done.
If more tension arises,
Just release it with each exhalation.
Continue to breathe in that new inspirational energy.
Feel your passion build and grow.
Latch on to that passion,
That drive,
And commitment.
Allow these feelings to fill the space that you just cleared in your heart until your heart is overflowing with the excitement to move forward and get the work done.
Sit with this energy for a bit and allow it to move through you and fill you up.
You now have all you need to move forward with your dreams.
Just need to do the work.
