I invite you to close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Exhale fully and place your hands over your heart and feel its gentle rhythm.

Visualize a soft pink or violet light softly wrapping around your body with a warm,

Nurturing embrace.

With each inhale,

It draws love and care into your body.

With each exhale,

It releases tension,

Self-criticism,

And stress.

Take a moment to reflect on small acts of self-care that you can practice during your day.

Imagine giving yourself permission to rest,

Pause,

And replenish.

And let this nourishing energy flow through every part of your body,

Filling you with warmth,

Calm,

And compassion.

Take one final deep breath and exhale completely.

Carry this self-love and care with you today,

Knowing that by nurturing yourself,

You enhance your peace and joy in every moment.
