I invite you to find a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down.
Gently close your eyes and take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Your jaw to soften,
And your body to sink gently into the surface beneath you.
Can you bring your attention to your breath and notice it without trying to change it?
With each inhale,
You draw in vitality and energy.
And with each exhale,
You release tension and fatigue.
Now,
I'd like you to imagine a soft,
Healing light,
A gentle green gold glow entering through the crown of your head.
It flows down slowly across your face and your neck and your shoulders,
Flowing through your chest and your heart and filling your lungs with vitality.
Feel this healing light moving through your arms your hands your torso down your legs and into your feet.
Your entire body is now bathed in this warm,
Nourishing light.
I invite you to focus on one part of your body that may feel tense,
Tired,
Or neglected.
Visualize this light gathering there,
Dissolving any discomfort,
Restoring balance and flow,
And silently say to yourself,
I honor my body.
I release what no longer serves me.
I invite healing and energy into every cell.
Take a few more slow,
Deep breaths.
Let your body feel light,
Refreshed,
And restored.
When you're ready,
Start to come back to your physical space,
Recognizing your surroundings,
The surface beneath you,
Supporting you,
Connecting you back to the planet.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Take a deep breath in and release,
And slowly open your eyes.
You are present.
You are vital.
You are healthy.
