This is a mindful moment.

This is a time for when you're feeling like you're in autopilot mode and you're constantly moving.

So whether you're having a busy day or you just need a moment to yourself,

Start to tune back into the present moment.

Notice your feet on the ground.

Notice any noises around you.

Bring awareness to the people in the room around you.

The energy of the room.

Notice what you're doing.

Whether you're holding any tension in your jaw.

Where are your shoulders?

Where are your hands?

What's the weather like?

Notice your breath.

Are you breathing through your nose or your mouth?

Is your breath short or long?

Notice any pain or areas of tension in your body.

And no,

You don't have to change it,

But just simply bring awareness to it.

Notice if you're feeling rushed and many thoughts come to your head or if you're starting to slow down.

Continue drawing this awareness to your breath,

To this moment as you start to tune out of autopilot mode.

And no,

You can always come back to this feeling simply by tuning back into the present moment,

Wherever you are,

Whatever you're doing.
