Imagine from the tip end of your spine where the root chakra is,
There are roots coming out,
Extending through your legs,
Passing through the bottom of your feet,
All the way down through the soil into the center of the earth.
When we inhale,
We breathe in fresh air from Gaya,
Through the roots,
Our legs,
To the root chakra,
And up to our whole body.
As we breathe out,
We exhale energies that we no longer need,
Through our legs,
Bottom of our feet,
Roots,
And send them back to the center of the earth.
We are well connected with this planet.

The solar plexus chakra.
It's located between our ribcage and belly button.
This energy point is about our ego,
Self-esteem,
Personal power,
As well as our intuition.
The color of the solar plexus chakra is golden yellow.
It's like a bright shining sun,
Showing us the path,
Leading us the way.
This glow of confidence warms our body.
Let's send our love to this chakra each time as we breathe out.
