Take a moment to arrive.
Choose a posture.
A practice that supports your body.
Seated.
Laying down.
Or perhaps even walking.
In whichever posture you've chosen,
Let your body be supported.
There's nothing to hold.
There's nothing to do.
And either soften your gaze Or if it's available,
Gently close your eyes.
Begin to shift your awareness from external to internal.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And exhale softly out your mouth.
Again inhale through your nose.
And exhale.
Letting your body soften.
Letting the outside world.
Soften.
Coming home to yourself.
Begin to notice the space around your body.
You can start by visualizing the space.
Imagining the colors,
The shapes,
The forms.
And imagining your body in the space.
Then begin to feel into the edges of your body.
Feel the touch of clothing or air temperature on your skin.
Feel the heaviness,
The contact of your body touching the earth below.
Feel yourself in this moment.
And now gently draw awareness into your breath.
Without changing or shifting your breath in any way,
Just watch.
Just witness.
Notice the quality of your breath as you breathe in.
And the quality of your breath as you breathe out.
Watch your breath.
Witness yourself being breathed.
And let each breath guide you deeper.
Deeper into your body deeper into presence.
Deeper into now.
Begin to feel your body now from the inside.
Not just the shape of it,
But the energy within.
And as you do,
Your face begins to soften.
Any expression of personality dissolves away.
Your jaw unclenches.
Perhaps your shoulders drop.
Your chest opens.
You feel a heaviness in your body.
Your belly relaxes.
Let your whole body be here.
Breathing.
Aware.
Alive.
Now bring awareness into your heart center.
Sometimes I place my hands on my heart.
To help me focus awareness there.
And imagine,
Feel and sense.
Your heart being breathed.
So as you inhale,
Draw breath into the heart space.
Feel the heart expand.
Exhale out your mouth,
Out through your heart.
Feel your heart soften.
Continue to breathe your heart.
In through the nose.
Into the heart.
Out through the mouth,
Out through the heart.
Slow.
Steady.
Let the breath soften your heart space.
And begin to feel the heart expand with the energy of warmth.
Of love.
Of freedom of possibility.
Feel your heart soften with every exhale.
And feel a gentle expansion with every inhale.
Your body relaxes around your ever expanding and softening heart.
Tune into the feelings within your heart space.
Notice the qualities that you sense there.
Not the thought.
The feeling.
As you witness your heart.
Remember the feeling of freedom.
What does freedom feel like?
In your heart space.
Not something to earn,
Something you already are.
Let your heart and your body show you what does freedom feel like.
That sense of freedom in your heart space,
Allow it to expand beyond your heart to fill your entire body.
Your entire body.
Remembers.
Knows the feeling of freedom.
Now,
Love.
Love that isn't necessarily directed at anything.
Not dependent on anything.
Just the feeling of love itself,
The essence of who you are.
As love.
Breathe into your heart space and expand into the energy of love.
Feel the warmth and the openness of love in your heart.
Let it begin to glow brighter with every breath in.
Expand the feeling of love in your heart And as you exhale,
Send love out throughout your entire body.
So that you know and sense the feeling of love fill your entire body.
And now.

Feel the energies of.
Joy and possibility.
Breathe into your heart space and draw in the remembrance.
Of joy and possibility.
A lightness in your heart,
An aliveness.
The subtle sense that life is moving through you.
Let that rise within you even just a little bit.
Breathe in the remembrance of joy.
And possibility within your heart space.
Amplify that feeling.
And as you exhale,
Soften into the feeling tone and allow it to spread throughout your entire body.
Every inhale we draw more of that remembrance back into our body.
Bringing in the remembrance of joy and possibility.
Fanning the flames.
Of that energy,
That feeling within our heart space.
Within our body.
Every exhale We amplify that energy more and more within the body.
We spread out through the core,
The center of our heart.
And as we continue to draw in life through our breath,
Breathing into the heart space.
Let these feelings blend together.
Freedom.
Love.
Joy and possibility.
Remember yourself as one unified field of being.
Be in the truth of your essence.
Be in the gnosis,
The remembering of who you are.
Remember,
There is nothing that you need to do to reach for these feelings.
Let yourself be them.
You are not accessing or attaining freedom.
You are freedom.
You are not generating love.
You are love.
You are not seeking alignment.
You are the space where alignment already exists,
Where joy and possibility arise.
Let your body feel this.
Every inhale we expand the remembrance.
Feel into the fullness.
The truth of who you are,
In every exhale,
Soften to it.
Remember that there is nothing to do.
Nothing to chase.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing to become.
From within this space Begin to notice.
That whatever you think is possible,
Is only a small reflection of what is truly available to you.
Your mind can only see so far.
It bases possibilities on past experience.
So in this space of true possibility.
Of remembering who you are with nowhere to get to.
With no stories attached.
We move beyond that.
There's nothing that you need to figure out.
There's nothing that you need to plan or strategize.
Instead just gently open.
Open to possibility beyond what you can imagine.
Don't look for it,
Allow it.
Listen.
Open to possibilities that you cannot predict.
Open to paths that have not yet been revealed.
Let your body feel what it's like to not know.
And to trust anyway.
What if you didn't have to know?
What if all you needed to do was simply tune into this remembrance?
And watch the magic of life unfolding.
And now a quiet intention for your day.
To hold space for miracles.
Not by searching for them.
Now by forcing them.
But by remaining open.
Available.
And present enough to notice them.
Rest here as long as you'd like in this energy,
This feeling of openness.
Of trust.
In something greater moving through you as you.
If it feels true,
And only if it feels true through that spontaneous expression.
Notice.
What's within this space of silence?
What feels alive here in this moment,
Not in some future moment,
But right now.
What feels alive here now?
What wants to emerge and express in,
Through,
And as you?
Not from effort,
Not from pressure.
But from truth,
From aliveness.
This is the actuality of what vision is.
It's the present moment expression of truth.
Seeking to express in,
Through,
And as you.
Tune into it.
You don't need to define it.
You don't need to act upon it.
Just notice and feel the feelings of it.
Set the feeling tone of that.
That's all you need,
The somatic experience of this remembrance.
Just notice that this is where vision comes from.
Not from doing,
But from being.
Now,
Gently.
Bring awareness to your day ahead.
And instead of asking,
What do I need to do?
Let the question become Who am I being?
Can you move through your day from this place?
Can you let your actions arise from this field?
Letting your work be an expression of this.
Holding the frequency the truth of who you are as freedom.
As love.
As joy and possibility.
Let your life be shaped from here.
From true possibility.
From True Vision.
No pushing,
No forcing.
Just allowing what is true to move through you.
Returning now to your breath.
Noticing your breath move in and out of your body.
Notice the coolness.
Of your breath as it comes into your body Notice the coolness of your breath as it moves into your body.
Witness as the breath circulates and moves through you.
And witness the warm breath.
As you exhale.
If your eyes are still closed visualize yourself in space.
See your body.
In space and imagine the colors,
The shapes and the forms around you.
Gently move your fingers or your toes.
Maybe roll your shoulders if that's available.
And when you're ready.
Opening your eyes.
And seeing the world again.
Through new eyes of clarity.
Through openness.
And through truth.
You don't need to go out to find freedom.
You begin here.
And from here,
Everything else unfolds.
