Hello beautiful soul,

Let's gently step into this sacred moment of presence together.

Find a space where you feel truly comfortable,

Perhaps sitting or lying down.

When you're ready,

Allow your eyes to gently close,

Or soften your gaze downwards.

Take a deep,

Nourishing breath in through your nose,

Feeling your entire being expand.

And as you slowly exhale through your mouth,

Just allow any lingering tension to melt away.

Now bring your tender awareness to the gentle rhythm of breath.

Feel its natural flow,

The subtle rise and fall of your chest or your belly.

There's no need to change anything.

Just simply observe this incredible life force moving within you.

Each inhale a fresh new beginning.

Each exhale a beautiful surrender and release.

As you continue to breathe,

Let your awareness gently settle into your body.

Feel the soft embrace of the surface beneath you.

The delicate touch of your clothing against your skin.

The very air that caresses you.

Notice these simple sensations without judgment,

Without needing to label them.

This is the magic of being fully here now.

If your mind begins to wander,

As minds beautifully do,

Just gently and lovingly guide your attention back to the anchor of your breath.

Back to these precious,

Present sensations.

This isn't about emptying your mind,

But about anchoring your awareness to this moment.

Listen for any sounds around you,

Near or far.

Let them simply be part of this experience,

Like notes in a gentle symphony,

Without attaching any story to them,

Allowing them to be pure sound.

Feel the quiet,

Vibrant hum of life within you.

This is your essence,

Your presence.

This is being fully,

Utterly,

Beautifully here,

Now.

Take one more deep,

Conscious breath.

Truly embodying this feeling of presence.

As you exhale,

Know that you can carry this beautiful stillness with you into your next moments.

And when you feel ready,

In your own divine timing,

Loving these 5 minute quickies Carrie! I really like clearing one too! Very useful when you are on the go. πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ˜ I was just thinking how good a 5 min β€œclear, ground & protect” meditation would be.
