Please find a comfortable seat,

Perhaps on a pillow or a block so that your hips are elevated over your knees.

You can rest your hands in your lap and maybe on your knees and close your eyes.

Begin to notice your breath.

Beneath your physical body lies this life force,

Your panayama.

The more you become aware of your breath,

The more you can live in the present moment.

Start to deepen your inhales,

Breathing in through your nose,

Really feel your belly expand.

As you exhale,

Squeeze your navel towards your spine,

Feel your belly contract.

Perhaps bringing in a ujjayi breath,

So sealing off your lips,

Breathing in and out through your nose.

Feel the air coat the back of your throat.

It almost sounds like a wave.

Your breath is the connective line to the present moment where life truly only exists.

The past and the future are mere thoughts.

So if your mind wanders off,

Bring your awareness back to your breath without judging the thought.

Simply witnessing it and letting it pass.

Deepening your breath.

Soothing your system.

Ancient yogis used to say,

Extend your breath,

Extend your life.

Notice the parts of your body that are touching the ground.

Imagine your roots growing from the base of your spine down into the earth,

Connected to every human,

Every bird,

Every tree,

Every flower that dwells on this planet.

Your body is not only yours,

It is the earth's.

So when you begin to heal yourself,

Releasing limiting beliefs and doubts and fears,

Stepping back into your heart,

You can begin to heal the earth.

The root cause of environmental pollution is pollution within the ecology of the human heart.

So if you want to see a more beautiful world,

You must first feel more beautiful within and allow that light to shine from your heart,

Guiding the way for others to discover their own hearts.

Begin to breathe into your heart space,

The sanctuary behind your sternum where all your love and compassion lies.

Breathe deeply from this infinite source of love that dwells within the cave of your heart space.

You could love for every second of every day for the rest of your life and never run out.

Love is like air,

It's within and all around us.

So find the courage to open your heart.

Let love pour from and into you.

It's like when you're breathing,

You don't try to hold in your breath,

Afraid to let it go.

You trust that when you exhale,

You'll be able to inhale again from this infinite source of energy,

Life force.

So let your love go with trust that it will come back.

Open your breath,

Maybe bring a gentle smile to your lips,

A gentle smile to your eyes.

Notice where you can soften,

Maybe relax your shoulders.

Relax the tiny muscles around your eyes.

Observe in your breath.

Let love pour from and into you.

Let love pour from and into you.

Let love pour from and into you.
