Hello and welcome to expansion.
We will be going through your body and expanding all of your energy.
So let's begin by making sure you are good and comfortable.
All your muscles are released if you need to wiggle your hips,
Your feet,
Your shoulders.
Do what you need to do to be settled and then let's take a nice deep breath together all the way into your belly filling up and then exhaling.
Use any stress,
Tension,
All your thoughts and stories letting everything,
Everything,
Everything go in this now moment.
If you have anything on your mind just roll it in a ball and toss it out into the ethers so you can be fully present.
Take one more good deep breath all the way down into your belly fill up your lungs extra full this time and as you release make a little noise.
Feel that relaxation on the exhale.
Let every muscle,
Every fiber,
Every cell relax,
Open and soften.
Surrendering into yourself.
Bring your awareness into the soles of your feet.
Start to connect by feeling and sensing the soles of your feet as you also bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the energy,
The aliveness and the radiance in the soles of your feet.
You have chakras here as we do all throughout the body so just feel the particles moving.
Allow this area of your body to start opening and now with your awareness still in the soles begin to feel your breath.
Each inhale let the soles open,
Open,
Open and expand and soften.
Feel this on the exhales as well.
Letting yourself sense into your energy field right through your feet and on the exhale feel this opening,
Softening and releasing.
So as you inhale feeling the feet expand and as you exhale feeling the expansion well beyond your feet.
Exhaling opening and exhaling opening.
From your feet move your awareness up through your ankles,
Connecting with your ankles,
Up through your calves and shins into your knees.
Feel the front and the back of your knees as you come back to your breath letting the knees open,
Soften and expand on every inhale and every exhale.
Exhaling expanding,
Exhaling expanding even more.
From your knees let your awareness merge up through your legs,
Through the hamstrings,
Quadriceps right into your hips.
Feeling into your hips and the base of your spine,
Your tailbone.
Allow this area to open with your inhales flowing with your breath and expanding even more on each exhale.
Relaxing into it so notice if there's any tension right now in your body and simply releasing any tight muscles or tension on your next exhale.
Relaxing back into your hips and again feeling the hips open expand and soften as you inhale and open expand and soften as you exhale.
Take your awareness up from your hips into your lower back,
Your abdomen,
Your creator chakra right below your navel and staying with your breath now on the inhales and opening and on the exhales feeling that expansion all the way through your body as far out as you can sense this expanding energy let your awareness expand outward with every inhale and every exhale.
Hold your awareness upward into your solar plexus,
The center of your torso staying with your inhales and exhales feeling this expansion through your whole lower body all the way up through your solar plexus.
Once again with every inhale this expansion is going inward and outward expanding in every direction but without force or effort so notice if any efforting has happened within your mind or body with tension in your muscles.
Take a breath and release any tension any muscles that may have tightened up relaxing into this expansion with every inhale letting the expansion happen all on its own and with every exhale letting your solar plexus open and soften and expand even more inhaling opening softening expanding exhaling softening softening and opening.
And from here bring your awareness up through your heart level allow your heart to open open open once again feeling this gentle opening with every inhale and every exhale.
Allow your heart to open soften release and expand effortlessly effortlessly effortlessly no force it's a surrender into the expansion.
Now from this wide open heart allow your awareness to gently merge up through your shoulders opening on the inhales releasing even more on the exhales letting the shoulders that have perhaps carried burdens or weight let them release with your inhales and exhales.
Take this breath into your throat again letting the throat open open open all on its own each inhale feeling this gentle opening and with each exhale feeling this opening even more.
Now from your throat bring your awareness up through your jaw softly releasing your jaw release your tongue from the roof of your mouth up through your cheekbones letting your cheeks eyes and forehead soften with your inhales and exhales feel every muscle soften open and release.
And bring your awareness into the center of your forehead letting it open open open again all on its own just let the exhales and again relaxing into this expansion inhale and exhale let it open and soften.
And bring your awareness up to the top of your head even above your head letting your crown chakra open with your inhales and open with your exhales no effort simply by relaxing and letting the breath open and expand the energy for you.
Now that we have your energy open from head to foot feel your entire body as one portal one vortex of energy of light feeling that connection from your crown to your pure source consciousness and allowing it to flow through your whole body flowing expanding and gently opening and softening every muscle every fiber within your physical body and all the energy around you once again with your awareness on your body now as a whole simply allow yourself to feel an expansion with every inhale and every exhale letting your awareness expand beyond your body as far as you like as far as you can sense inhaling just letting yourself open open open and soften no effort exhaling softening and opening stay here now just feeling this opening on the inhales and exhales and letting all of the energy flow flow flow.
Once again do a body scan if you notice any tension take a breath and relax into your body releasing every muscle fully surrendering in and allowing your body and energy to realign and rebalance for you.
As we wrap up today's guided journey let's come back into our physical body and integrate all this beautiful energy so bring back a little movement to your fingers and toes even taking a couple deep gentle breaths and exhaling with sound to bring that vibration through the cells of your body bring your hands together in front of your heart pressing your hands together in a prayer position engage the muscles of your belly your shoulders your chest integrating into the upper body and then whether you're seated or lying down press your feet into the ground engage the muscles of your legs your hips your lower core and take another deep breath in exhale with some sound thank you so much for joining me today bring this expansion with you throughout your day namaste.
