Begin by taking a few deep breaths all the way down into your belly.
Fill up your belly,
Ribs and chest and then exhale all the way out through your mouth,

Your thoughts,
Your worries,
Your concerns and all the stories.
Let's do this a few more times.
A deep breath really helps you to break energy with the mind bringing you into your body so it can be the focus of your awareness.
Bringing the breath all the way down into your belly,
Fill,

Fill up your lungs and then exhale releasing all the tension and stress.
First we will address your mind.
Take a moment and acknowledge your mind for all that it's served you today,
All that it's done,
All of the thinking,
Planning,
Organizing and then thank it and let it know,

So take a deep breath and let's address your body,
Thanking your body for how well it has served you today and let your body know,
Body you're safe,

It is time for you to relax and rejuvenate during the sleep hours.
