In this meditation, we release all concepts of past, future, and persona, expanding into our presence. As we relax into and through the body as eternal beingness, we connect our essence from head to toe, allowing all the old energy and emotions to dissolve in the light of our awareness. Hello,

And welcome back to the Shavasana series in today's episode,

Release.

Begin as always by ensuring you have a quiet,

Comfortable,

Safe space.

And let's come into our breath,

Draw a beautiful,

Sweet,

Deep breath down into your belly,

Allowing this breath to grow inside of you.

And then gently releasing as you exhale,

Relaxing into your body,

Into this now moment.

Today we will be going through and releasing things that no longer serve you.

But more appropriately,

I should say you will be allowing things to release from you that are not yours.

The energies of emotion,

Stress,

Anxiety in your body,

The mental constructs and belief systems that we've created are truly not us.

And these things that we have invented,

The personas,

The identities,

And all the resulting energies,

They are only temporary creations in our endless field of awareness.

As I go through the body today and use the words release,

Be aware that you simply relax and surrender into yourself,

Into pure awareness,

Which allows these energies to release for you.

Energy naturally realigns itself when we let go of force and effort.

Emotions,

Identities,

Belief systems and constructs naturally begin to dissolve in the light of our awareness when we decide to stop reinforcing them.

So the most important thing you can do today is rest in your awareness and allow your body to relax as things release for you in ease and grace.

Come back into your breath now,

Feeling the gentle expansion and release.

Feel a sense of opening and softening with every inhale and exhale.

Release any notion of opinion.

Release all judgments and opinions of your breath,

Your body,

Your life,

Who you are,

What you're doing.

Release all identities,

Constructs.

Release any sense of tomorrow and idea of yesterday.

Release the idea that anything can be good or bad,

Right or wrong,

Better or worse.

Release the mental image of yourself,

The idea of yourself and your body.

Release all concepts of your identity,

The work that you do,

The people in your life,

The type of person you perceive yourself to be.

Release any concept of being nice or mean,

Good or bad.

Allow yourself to just be in pure awareness.

Bring your attention to your head.

Release all tension from your forehead,

Your eyes,

Cheekbones.

Release your jaw,

The muscles in your neck and your shoulders.

Feel your hips release and relax all the way down through your legs,

Your knees,

Down through your ankles and into your feet.

Become aware of your hands and allow the palms of your hands to release and open.

Feel your entire body like a tube from head to toe.

Allow it to be empty,

Releasing any last bits of energy,

Of ideas,

Of a self,

Releasing and dissolving.

Allow your body,

Mind and being to become translucent,

Releasing any last bits of a mind-made self.

Just now in this empty state,

Letting your mind,

Body and being be completely free and translucent.

Simply experiencing yourself as pure,

Clear,

Light,

Pure awareness.

Bring your awareness back to your form,

Taking a deep breath in,

Feeling the breath flow through the cells of your body now,

Becoming more aware of your feet,

Your hips,

Your shoulders,

Your head,

Deepening your breath slowly.

You're welcome to rest here if you'd like to experience more of this translucence.

Otherwise as you come back from our Shavasana,

Bring a little movement to your fingers and toes just slowly coming back into form and taking another deep breath in and releasing through your mouth with sound,
