Good evening.

Perhaps you are getting ready for bed or preparing to relax.

After a long and busy day,

You need time to integrate,

To let your body decompress.

As you do this,

You allow your body and mind to refill with pure light,

Pure prana.

And this way you can have deep,

Restful sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.

Let's begin,

As always,

With a deep breath and on the exhale,

Releasing your day.

Every worry,

Every problem,

Every job to do,

Take a few of these exhales and consciously release yourself from all the busyness of life.

Let your body and mind know,

Okay body,

It's time to clear out.

Let the thoughts come up,

Let the stories pass through and let them spiral out without engaging.

The mind needs to decompress and release everything that has been tightly wound throughout the day.

As you watch the mind,

The body,

You can simply feel your breath flowing in and out.

Feel your heart gently beating.

Feel the life force inside of your body.

Do a body scan now.

Notice if any muscles are tight or active and on an exhale,

Release.

Come back to your breath,

Feeling the rise and fall of your belly.

Feel your body heavy and grounded.

Feel how the earth supports and holds your body.

Let it cradle you,

So the body can continue to release any energy that is no longer supportive.

As your mind quiets down and you come back to your senses,

Continue to breathe and feel,

As this is one of the easiest ways to integrate your light and allow your body to rejuvenate itself for you.

Namaste.
