Breathe in and out slowly noticing sensations feeling the weight of your body against whatever you are sitting or lying on releasing the thinking mind releasing the need to control feeling yourself becoming one with this moment setting the intention today to ground into spaciousness being aware of what's going on without being attached being with your experience and knowing you go beyond it knowing that whenever you find yourself becoming de-centered that awareness is just an invitation to come back to who you truly are when you are spacious,
When you are grounded,
When you are connected to your essence you don't stay stuck in the debris of mental activity,
Of judgement,
Of dense emotions it's as if life is going in slow motion you have choice in where you place your attention where you expend your energy you notice,
Observe and rest in spacious awareness feel that space inside and around you now being aware of the felt sense of breathing in your body now repeating after me,
Either out loud or in your head when I'm grounded in spacious awareness I feel alive,
I feel connected I feel loving I feel at ease the frequency of peace trust kindness clarity flow these are the qualities of my true self I choose to embody these now I choose to return to these qualities whenever I find myself lost knowing that they are always here I feel myself being blessed in this moment I feel the day ahead of me being blessed deepening the experience of ease with each exhale great now feel those very qualities becoming integrated into your being into your physical body being infused into your mind until there is no separation
