
Waxing Moon Meditation

The first few minutes I share information about how the Waxing Moon relates to the female hormonal cycle and the cycle of the seasons. Then we go into the meditation. Practice during the waxing moon, during your follicular phase, or when you need a reminder of the creative source within. This meditation contains a Breath of Fire practice, which is not suitable for those with heart conditions, respiratory infections, spinal injuries, or those who are pregnant.
