So I just created a meditation and it's about meeting your emotions.
And whether you're feeling strong emotions or you're a fairly emotional person.
Meeting your emotions is wildly important.
And this one meditation that I created was just about feeling the emotion and then just creating a little bit of space around it,
Being gentle with it,
Not to bypass it,
Not to pretend it's not there,
Not to take it from 10 to zero,
Just to create some space around it.
And what happens when we do that,
Often we get really stuck in those emotions and we feel all those things.
But if we create that little bit of space,
It helps us zoom out a little bit and get a tiny bit more perspective.
Not to magically fix it,
But just to create some deeper understanding around it and compassion for ourselves.
We are human,
And we have all these wonderful emotions that come with being it,
And it takes a little bit of practice to take that edge off of it.
And when we do that,
Things usually pass through a little bit faster.
Instead of gripping onto it and creating a story,
We can create some space.
