There is an eternal sunshine radiating in your center. There is a fire in your belly that no one can ever extinguish. There is a light inside of you that burns so incredibly brightly, There is no denying it. And there are some days that we don't feel it, And some days that we don't see it. And some days we lose connection to it. Let me remind you with all of my being, All of my heart, All of my light, That your light never goes away. Your fire never leaves you. And now we will deeply connect and ignite and remind you of how strong, How bright, How powerful you are. Bring your awareness to around the belly, The navel, The Manipura Chakra, The Solar Plexus Chakra, The element of fire, Of strength, Of transformation, Of light. And just keeping your awareness around the belly and watch the physical belly rise and fall as you take deep, Nourishing breaths, Just as if you were stoking a fire, Bringing that oxygen into the flames and making them burn brighter. Deep belly breaths now. And feel the earth beneath you, The balance as we move through this practice of the earth holding you still and strong and the fire igniting you and enlivening you. Belly rises, Ignite those flames brighter and brighter. Feel them more and more. The intention for this practice, I invite the connection to my strength, To my confidence, To my inner fire. You may visualize that fire inside of you, You may feel it, Maybe you can hear it, However it comes to you, Let it be so. And there will be days where we feel it's not there, But I promise you it always is. Our confidence, Our self-belief, Our self-worth, It might get hidden, It might get hidden by the words or actions of other people or things that have happened in the past. But today we burn away all of those energies so you can feel and you can see and you can reconnect to that beautiful light. If it feels comfortable, You can place one hand or both hands around the belly or the navel. If it doesn't feel right in your practice today, Let the hands rest where they are and feel the movement of the physical body as you inhale and exhale. Maybe you're aware of this golden glow sitting right there, A flame, A crystal, A flower. The energy itself, However you connect to it, Is right. Our mantra for the solar plexus is RAM, R-A-M, RAM. Think of the strength of a RAM, The confidence of a RAM, RAM, RAM. Inhale RAM, Exhale RAM. And with every mantra and with every breath, That fire, You're seeing it more, You're feeling it more, Brighter and brighter and brighter. RAM, RAM. Now imagine that you are stood outside in nature in the most beautiful open space with golden rays of sunshine beaming down. You can feel it on your cheeks and your shoulders. You lift your face towards that sunlight and absorb the rays into your body. Coming into the skin, Radiating through your body and directly straight into your core, Connecting with your internal sunshine. In this space, Outside in nature with the sun shining, Absorbing and connecting to vitality and strength and confidence and a deep connection to your personal power. Visualise yourself standing tall, Your chest proud, Your head lifted. You may see yourself with your hands on your hips. Here I am, This is me. I am perfect, Exactly as I am. No one gets to dim my fire. No one gets to hide it or cover it. Here I am. I am power, I am light, I am me. Feel this golden light expanding and flowing through every cell in your body as if you have billions and billions of suns within you now. Every cell in your body is a sun. Ram. Ram. Exhale Ram, Standing tall and proud and confident. No one gets to decide your worth. No one gets to dim your light. Here I am. And just like the river flows without hesitation or thought. You too can stand and flow with life and be proud and strong. No hesitation. This is what I want, This is where I want to go, This is how I want to feel. Inhale Ram. Exhale Ram. Inhale Ram. Exhale Ram. And in this space of nature now, Picture a fire in front of you. The flames dancing, Swirling. The yellows, The oranges, The reds, The whites. Little embers of light floating up to the sky. Now this fire is a magical fire and it's one that could never burn you. With your head held high and your heart proud and your energy strong, See yourself stepping into the flames and dancing with them. You might see yourself spinning, Swirling, Stamping. Here I am, Dancing with the flames, Being one with this element. See yourself throwing into the flames anything that needs to be transformed. Shifted, Released and gone. Dance with those beautiful flames. Feel them strengthening you and strengthening you and strengthening you. You may feel like you're even growing in size, Taller, Bigger, Brighter as your energy expands more and more as you release the layers of expectations of the past. Becoming lighter and lighter and brighter and brighter. You might even have this image now of you rising above the flames like a phoenix that rises from the ashes, Like your wings are spreading wide. Here I am world, This is me. Look how beautiful and strong I am. Here I am. Inhale Ram, Exhale Ram. Here I am. Inhale Ram, Exhale Ram. Here I am. Inhale Ram, Exhale Ram. It may become a shout in your head. It may be a whisper, It may be a song. Let the mantra come how it comes. And let these affirmations resonate with you on any level. I am strong. I am confident. I am worthy of all the abundance the universe shares with me. I am beautiful. I am magnificent. I am unique. I love me. Breathing in Ram, Exhaling Ram. And repeating this a few more times and with each repetition allowing the mantra to become a little softer, A little quieter. As you start to lovingly step back from the fire and the flames reconnecting to the earth beneath you. Until the mantra becomes a whisper. And then there is silence. If it's possible for you now to bring your hands together and just gently rub your hands together. Create heat and warmth between your palms. Feel that energy. You can create as much heat as you need. And take that energy there, Infuse yourself with the element of fire. Let it flow. Let it burn, Let it brighten, Let it enliven. Take a deep inhalation. Slowly release. And when you feel ready, Let your hands drift away from the body or maybe they want to stay a few more moments. Inhale deeply. Exhale completely. And just before we bring the practice to a close, Visualize those billions of suns radiating into every cell of your being. You are light, You are light. Namaste.
