Journey inward to find healing and peace in this soul searching sleep meditation. Find yourself once again and be connected to who you are as a person. This meditation is for anyone who wants to be their true self and also perhaps heal the past.

Welcome to this highly personal experience,
And that is what it is,
A deep learning of yourself that will enable you to work out pieces of your own internal puzzle.
At the end of this experience,
You should have clarity of who you are as an individual,
Have the ability to think clearly and begin to heal your mind.
This can be a disorienting experience and it will open up your consciousness to explore your mind on a very deep level.
There may be parts of this meditation that you may find unsettling or perhaps upsetting.
Having patience with yourself during these moments can bring healing.
The story will be interpreted differently for everyone.
This is your journey,
As you make yourself comfortable,
We will begin.
Your life as you know it,
At this exact moment and the moments before it has come to a crossroads.
Life is all about choices,
Do you continue down this path or venture the road less travelled?
Only you can make that choice.
In front of you is the crossroads,
Where on one side,
There is the potential to find whatever you are looking for.
On the other side is peace,
Happiness,
Healing and a greater knowledge of yourself that can be found almost instantly.
Remember,
This is about your mind and soul,
Not circumstances or external influences.
Once you find yourself,
You will then have the ability to change those things over time.
As you walk this new path,
Your neural pathways will begin to form and change as you delve deep into your own mind.
This road is dark and quiet,
You hear nothing,
Only the sound of your breathing.
There may be some apprehension as you walk,
But you are absolutely fine and doing well.
It may be a case that you feel like you are floating,
Let your mind take you on this journey in whatever way feels right.
I'd like you to walk through your life as it is at this exact moment.
Walk through the indecisions,
The anxieties,
The unknown.
You have a choice,
You know who you are.
Observe the sounds,
Let memories come and go.
Let thoughts pass you by as you listen,
Don't interact,
Just observe.
You are separate from all these external noises that may have been internalised.
You are doing great,
There may be a mix of emotions,
Feelings and thoughts right now as you transcend through and into your mind.
It's still dark here,
But you see a light in the distance.
The closer you get to the light,
The quieter the sounds become.
You are beginning to relax both in mind and body,
You are concentrating solely on yourself.
With no outside or external influences,
You can think more clearly from inside your own mind.
This is a safe space for you to explore,
To find clarity,
Peace and healing.
You may hear your own heartbeat and your own breathing cycle both begin to slow down as you settle.
You are now an observer from within.
This is your space to breathe,
Relax and heal.
Continue walking or floating now through your mind.
The lights and colours now become dimmer,
A more comfortable luminosity of cosiness and comfort.
There are many facets of who you were,
Who you are and who you are going to be.
You change as life changes,
Gaining knowledge of the self and your surroundings.
You pass many channels of memories,
Feelings,
Emotions and versions of yourself.
You don't interact with any of these.
Feelings and emotions may be evoked within you as you travel through your mind.
Following the route to your mind's inner core can be a little confusing and disorientating as you reach a door.
In your pocket is the key,
Place it in the lock and turn it.
Pressing the handle of the door downwards,
You open the door.
Slowly swinging the door away,
You see the control centre of your mind,
There is a centre console with a computer screen,
You walk towards it.
Looking at the screen,
You see a program running on it as text slowly scrolls upwards.
Next to the screen is a memory card,
I'd like you to think about who you want to be,
How you want to feel and what it would feel like to be at peace.
Pick up the memory card and place it in your hand.
Now think deeply about all of those things as you delve deep and find resolutions,
Healing and peace.
You begin transferring them all to the memory card through your own energy.
You find with clarity the person you want to be and continue sending this information to the memory card.
With all the data on the memory card,
You place it into the slot of the computer next to the screen.
A prompt is shown on the screen for you to download the information on the memory card to the computer of your mind.
You press continue.
You are now met with another prompt,
You are asked if you would like to run the new program from the memory card.
You press yes.
The system,
Your mind,
Is now ready to reboot with the new program.
Pressing enter,
The cursor blinks for a few moments.
You are now the person you wanted to become.
You have found peace,
Healing and are more aware of your inner self.
Your mind is now a sanctuary of peace and you are happy with who you are.
There is yet more learning to do now.
As you explore this new headspace,
You don't feel any pressure here,
You can completely decompress,
Relax and bathe in the peacefulness.
You are in the forest of your mind,
A place where you can find yourself,
A place to contemplate,
Ponder and observe answers.
You are the winds that blow through your mind,
Some are gusts and some are light breezes.
These winds carry your thoughts,
They can propel you,
They can bring motivation,
Thoughts and feelings through your mind.
You can feel these winds as they blow and it's always good to observe them.
You are the leaves on the trees of your mind that rustle and waver in the wind.
The leaves are your receptors where you feel emotions and feelings,
They also pick up on how you feel.
Anything that can be felt,
Seen or heard are received by the leaves.
You are the bark of the trees,
Where strength resides and keeps you strong.
Your bark is resilient,
Unmovable and unshakable in the process of making decisions.
Your bark is your protection against any negative energy or thoughts.
Bring your focus back to your bark when you need to make decisions or are perhaps unsure about things.
You are the fresh oxygen in the air of your mind,
You make your own energy,
Your own life and your own motivations.
Keeping the air of your mind free of pollution is a key to staying true to yourself.
At any time,
You can purge the air of any negativities by asking your trees to produce more oxygen.
You are the earth on the ground of your mind,
A surface that supports everything you do,
Say,
Think and feel.
When you notice that your mind becomes perhaps a little obscure or lost,
Bring yourself back to the earth of your mind and you will be once again grounded.
You are the roots beneath the earth of your mind,
A neural network that constantly changes where everything is connected.
Through the changes in your life and the thoughts that you may have,
The new networks beneath the earth create new paths for finding solutions and learning about your inner self.
You are now on the beach of your mind.
You are the sea and oceans of your mind,
Where calmness can be found,
Where storms are noticed,
You can calm the waters of your mind at any time.
You can refresh your mind with the waters of your mind,
You can bathe in its peacefulness and soak up its positive energy.
The water also produces a reflection of the outside world and your inner self that gives you something to think about before making any decisions.
You are the waves of your mind where your energy rolls with momentum,
The waves provide intuition on whether to push forward or pull back.
You can find calmness in your waves at the ocean floor which brings clarity.
Observing the sky of your mind is where you ponder and do your forward thinking.
You are the clouds of your mind that allow the raindrops of negativity to be let go.
Your clouds can also float over the entirety of your mind which allows you to observe the landscape as a whole.
The clouds of your mind are a place where you can check in with yourself.
You are the sands of your mind where the grains of time and every minuscule aspect of yourself is kept.
This is where your memories are kept and sometimes refreshed or changed with the tides of your sea.
You are the planets of your mind where different environments meet and they are all connected.
The planets of your mind are the experiences you've had from the outside world.
Here you can segregate them and separate them,
Perhaps revisiting them on occasion.
You are the solar winds of your mind that keep the planets in balance,
Your solar winds are your equilibrium that keeps emotions and feelings in harmony.
You are the stars of your mind,
A map of direction for your inner self.
You use the stars of your mind to plot your way forward in life,
Only you know the layout of your own stars and can project yourself wherever you want to.
You are the universe of your mind,
A vast collection of connections for your inner self and the external world.
This is where everything is connected,
You are connected to yourself,
You are connected to the outside world and you are connected to everything you see,
Feel and hear.
Everything is connected.
You are now back in the control centre of your mind once again.
Now coming away from the computer screen,
You head back to the door.
You take a look back at your control centre and close the door,
Placing the key in the lock once more as you lock it.
Now placing the key in your pocket,
You turn around and walk through the colourful patterns and positive shapes that surround you.
You feel refreshed and renewed.
You are soaking up all of the positive energy that you have gathered.
Your muscles feel loose and your mind feels free.
As you make your way through this area,
Things begin to quieten down and any brightness dims to an ambient softness.
You can hear the hum of your own vibrations.
You are now returning to the present.
External sounds of your surroundings begin to be heard,
You can begin to feel your body and the positive energy flowing around it.
Your mind shifts to accommodate this new scene,
Bringing all the experience you've gained.
You can feel the surface that you are laid upon,
The air that you breathe.
You are calm and collected.
You may perhaps feel as if you are in a bubble of your own energy where nothing negative can enter.
As you stay in this safe and comforting mindstate,
You begin to relax even further and deeply.
You feel extraordinary,
At peace and free in this moment.
You continue to feel the effects of this experience as you relax.
You can,
If you so wish,
Decide to fall asleep or take a few moments for yourself,
The choice is completely yours.
Know that you have done great things and have continued to grow through this process.
You've earned the right to take some time to perhaps process the experience.
There is no need to question anything,
As time and progress will provide the answers that you may seek.
For now,
Relax and simply be.
As you sense the air around your body,
The surface beneath you and the positive experience you've had,
You begin to relax even deeper.
Any inflamed muscles,
Tense areas of your body and any worries on your mind are now non existent.
Your head lays heavy on the pillow,
Just resting,
Nothing else.
As you focus on the present and the residual effect of your experience you've had,
You become heavier.
The muscles of your face relax,
Your eyes feel softer than before,
Relaxed from knowing that everything is ok and you are safe.
Any lines on your forehead dissolve along with any awareness that you have right now.
You are beginning to relax deeply.
Feeling sleepy,
Your eyelids become heavy,
Your jaw is unclenched as you feel the peace of this moment.
The quietness of your mind radiates down your body,
Your throat,
Neck and shoulders downwards,
Finding more support on the surface beneath you.
Your worries and concerns are melting away into the ether.
As you continue to feel sleepier,
Your biceps and forearms deflate,
Lowering themselves downwards.
Your back now takes a moment for itself as it has been too strong for too long and rests on the softness beneath.
Your spine is now aligned from the positive energy that transcends downwards.
Your pelvis hinges into a comfortable position,
Allowing your legs to heavily decompress and find their resting space for the night.
You can feel the last of the awareness around you as it exits through your feet and toes,
Allowing your breathing to settle and become even calmer than it is right now.
You observe your breathing becoming slower,
More relaxed and peaceful.
You breathe out the last of any tension through your hands and fingers.
You are now breathing in sleepiness,
Peacefulness and rest that you need.
There's no need to think about anything,
All you need to do right now is rest and sleep.
As you sleep,
You'll begin to heal,
To make sense of the experience and eventually find peace.
You may have noticed subtle differences in how you feel compared to before this experience.
As you sleep,
Make a mental note of your progress.
As you sleep and breathe in the peacefulness,
You breathe out and make space in your mind for new ways of thinking.
You only have space for you in your mind and all that aligns with who you are.
Rest now,
Take this time to heal and sleep.
