Aloha,

I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and I wanted to do a meditation on gratitude.

Let's take a moment to breathe in gratitude.

Feel how that breath of light that holds gratitude comes and fills your heart and your mind and your soul.

Breathe in gratitude for a couple of moments here,

Breathing in and feeling the power of gratitude filling your mind and your heart.

Feel how that gratitude changes your energy to positive energy.

Breathe in that positive energy and remember every day to take the time to bow your head and say thank you for the many blessings that you receive.

Be in this space and pray.

You have so much to be grateful for.

But you're always working so hard to say thank you to all the ones who help you every day that it really helps right now to take the time to appreciate all the blessings that you have in your life and feel right now that energy and put yourself in the sacred space of your soul.

Connect yourself there and in this moment send out love and blessings to your friends,

To your family,

To your loved ones and send a psychic moment of gratitude,

A telepathic energy right now that goes from you and your soul right here to them thanking them for playing their roles in your life.

Take the time to pause right now and embrace that energy of your loved ones.

Celebrate the bounty in your life and everything that you have right now.

Think of all the gifts that you have and bless them all with gratitude and thank God for the divine grace that saves you in more ways than you even know.

And thank God for the gift of this precious creation and for this earth that feeds you and gives you what you need,

That gives you the life that bestows this energy.

Feel the giving and receiving.

And in that flow send your energy back in gratitude.

And always remember the attitude of gratitude makes your burdens lighter.

Always remember this feeling that it shows.

And remember to say thank you and appreciate the many blessings from the seeds you sow.

And it's a good idea to start every single day and end each day at night before you sleep.

And say thank you God.

Thank you God for all these great gifts and blessings.

Feel that energy of the attitude of gratitude.

And feel how it shifts you and moves you and sculpts you into a pure vessel to receive more so that you can give more with gratitude.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Say thank you God.

Thank you for all these blessings.
