Hello,

This is Claire Downam,

The Queen of Calm,

With this morning meditation for flow and creativity.

An invitation to start your day with a sense of ease and inspiration.

But also a reminder,

A reminder that flow and creativity are your natural state.

They only ever get covered over by your noisy mind.

So let's begin.

Find a comfortable position.

The start of this meditation is a place to connect to your intuition.

Where is your comfortable position?

You may sit,

You may lie down,

You can choose the place.

I do recommend that it's somewhere quiet,

But you get to choose where and how you settle your body.

Once you've found your comfortable position,

Please just close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Notice as you take those deep breaths and listen to my voice,

You begin to connect to the present moment.

This is a time to let go of any expectations or judgments.

You really cannot get this wrong.

There's no right way to do this.

When you've completed those deep breaths and you find yourself settled into the present moment,

Just allow your breathing to settle back to its normal natural pace and just notice it for a moment.

Notice that flow.

Flow is your natural state.

Your breath just reminds you of this.

And as you notice it going in and out all by itself,

Without you needing to do anything,

Take this as a reminder that flow is natural to you.

It's the essence of who you really are.

And just allow yourself to feel that reassurance that the truth is that you are flow and creativity all the time.

Now this meditation is just a reminder.

You don't need it,

But I hope you're enjoying it.

A reminder of who you really are.

A reminder of the truth of your innate creativity and flow.

When we talk about the three principles of mind,

Consciousness and thought,

The principles which create our experience moment by moment,

We can begin to understand that underneath what we see as our reality,

Created via thought in the moment,

Is the truth of who we are.

Creativity and flow.

For a moment,

Just visualize yourself effortlessly engaged in those activities that you have in mind for today.

But I want you to hold that vision lightly.

Feel the sense of the flow.

Feel the sense of the joy and fulfillment.

Feel the sense of yourself flowing and experiencing your unlimited creative potential.

Know that that is what you are a vessel for.

Enjoy this visualization of you flowing through the day,

Everything falling into place beautifully.

But don't get too attached to what it is you're actually doing.

As you flow through the day,

New things may come to mind for you to do.

They may not be things you have planned.

Be okay with that.

Enjoy that idea that you can flow through the day from the present moment and enjoy all of that experience.

It doesn't have to look a certain way.

The flow and the creativity can be there and you can allow whatever comes to unfold from the present moment.

Just enjoy for a few moments visualizing your flow and creativity filled day.

And now just focus your attention back on your breath for a moment.

Noticing that flow again.

Seeing that flow is natural to you.

It's part of who you really are.

There's a rhythm there as you breathe.

That's the rhythm of life.

The rhythm of life the rhythm of the universe.

It's your rhythm.

Perhaps you notice some thoughts arise.

But you notice how easy it is to just let them pass,

To have no attachment.

To know right now that your true nature,

Your true essence is way beyond these transient thoughts.

You know you are not your psychology.

The flow,

The creativity,

The innate well-being.

That's who you truly are.

And the thoughts,

They arise and they pass.

They come into your mind and they leave.

They don't need to get in the way of that flow and creativity.

They are transient.

They are not who you really are.

With each breath the energy of creativity flows through you.

Feel a sense of expansion and possibility.

Remember that vision of you flowing through the day.

Tapping into your innate wisdom whenever it's needed.

Being connected to creative intelligence.

Trusting that everything that you need will always be there.

No matter where you are.

No matter what you have to do today.

You can go to the next level.

You can carry this sense of flow and creativity with you.

You have the power to create and to manifest in alignment with your true potential.

Your true potential which is within that flow.

Which is who you really are.

Sometimes as human beings we may feel a little disconnected from this.

And that's human too.

Know that that is part of the flow also.

But remember that you can come back to this meditation whenever you like.

It's a reminder of who you really are.

Who you really are is there all the time.

Your creativity is there all the time.

That flow is there all the time.

But sometimes we need a little reminder to let us know that it's still there.

So I invite you now to consider the start of your day.

Connect your intuition and your wisdom right now.

And think about what your very next step is going to be.

That may just be getting up from where you are and taking the next step forward.

When you're in this wonderful place of flow and creativity that's all you really need to know.

So now just begin to move your fingers and give your toes a little wiggle.

Maybe you want to shrug your shoulders and begin to become aware of what's there in the room around you.

And when you're ready just take one last beautiful deep breath in and out and gently open your eyes.

Now take a moment to transition into your day carrying with you that sense of flow and creativity and knowing it is always there.

It is who you really are.

But if you ever need a reminder of that you can come back to this meditation again and again.

Take care and have a beautiful day.
