Please choose a place where you feel comfortable and safe.
You can sit down or you can lay down.
Some people choose to close your eyes or leave your eyes open.
Just do what is right for you.
And if you are sitting or if you are laying down,
I just want you to pay attention in your body.
I'm going to guide you through your body to find this deep relaxation in your body.
Just feel your body.
If it's any kind of tension in any parts of your body,
Just feel it.
Let my voice and the music on the background just absorb you and relax.
If you have any thoughts or if you have any feelings,
Just observe the thoughts that come to your mind like a cloud that comes and goes.
Observe your thoughts and if it's attached with any feelings,
You can observe your feelings as well.
In the same way,
The thoughts and the feelings coming,
They will go.
And you can return to your body.
I want to ask you to pay attention in your breathing.
The air in and out.
You don't need to change anything.
It's just a simple observation that what is there in a moment,
What's happened for you in this moment.
And you can feel the air through your nose,
In and out.
You can feel your body,
Your head,
In your face.
Just observe if it's any tension in your face,
In your eyebrow,
Or your neck,
Or your mouth.
Just be curious about yourself.
And observe your head,
In your eyes,
Your ears,
In your neck,
In your back if it's any tension in your back,
In your neck,
In your arms,
In your hands,
Fingers,
Nails.
And bear with me,
Scanning your body,
Your chest,
Your lungs,
All the internal organs.
And just observe your back in your neck,
Your low back,
Your upper back.
Observe your belly,
All the internal organs.
And feel your heart,
Your heart pulsing in connection with your breathing.
And you can feel your heart.
And if you wish,
You can put your hands in your chest,
In your heart,
And just feel it.
Your heart,
Your emotions.
And feel your belly,
The harmony between your internal organs,
Your lungs,
And your heart.
And feel a little bit more relaxed,
And you can feel your legs,
Right leg,
Left leg,
In your knees,
And your feet.
And you feel all your body from the top to the bottom,
It's a little bit more relaxed.
Now you can set an intention for this meditation.
You might need,
Just feel a little bit more lighter,
A little bit more relaxed.
You might need some clarity,
Health,
Love,
Self-love,
Acceptance,
Whatever is your intention for today.
Just feel this intention in your heart.
And now that how your body is in this state of relaxation,
I will ask permission to take you to an imaginary trip,
Where we can go in a beautiful place,
A sacred place,
The place of your choice.
You can choose a place that you know,
A place that you've been there before,
Or you also can choose a place that you've never been,
And you can explore this beautiful place.
This place can be in the mountains,
Or close to the beach,
Perhaps in a temple,
Or in a holiday place that you've been before.
You can choose,
Like if you have a camera with different videos in your mind,
And you can choose this beautiful place.
Just see yourself get into this beautiful place.
You can look around and you feel this sense of safety.
You can look at this beautiful place and you see the colors,
You can feel the smell.
It's a really nice smell,
It's good,
Makes you feel really content and relaxed.
Now you can choose a place to sit there and enjoy this moment in this beautiful protected space.
When you are there,
In this place that can be close to the nature,
This is a place just for you,
Where you can feel important,
That you can feel safe,
That you can feel good.
Just enjoy being there.
You can charge and recharge all your energies in that place.
In that beautiful place that you are in this moment,
You can notice in your sight,
It's a book.
I want you to just grab this book in your hands and you can open this book in any parts of this book.
And inside of the book,
It's a message for you with your name.
Just read this message and it's an empowerment,
It's something that you really need to know,
That makes you feel proud of yourself.
And just stay for a minute.
Is that book,
Is that message?
You are safe in that place,
Doesn't matter what's happened outside,
You are protected here inside.
You feel that sensation that is so good to be here now,
Complete.
You notice that outside it's raining,
But you feel warm and safe inside.
But you can think that this rain is a cleanse and it's going to clean everything that you don't need anymore.
All the negative thoughts or negative feelings it's going.
And now it's a feeling back of relief and happiness.
Now very,
Very slow,
Slowly in your pace,
We will return home.
We will return to your bedroom,
To your room,
To your house.
But you can hold and keep that good feelings from this message that you received today.
And now I will count until five and the number five you'll be able to open your eyes and return to your place,
To your original place with the good feelings,
