Sometimes life can be a little bit stressful for you.

There's so many things to do,

Many problems to solve,

Personal and professional things to attend.

Whenever you have this boiling feeling in your chest or heaviness on your head,

You know you need to slow down and put aside all the things that are going on and for a short while come back to yourself and create a little more space.

In this short exercise,

You simply follow your natural breathing as if your life depends on it.

Place your attention on the tip of your nose,

On your chest or on your belly.

It might be helpful if you place your palms either on your chest or your belly so that you can feel your breath as it goes in and out of your body.

We'll simply follow the natural breath as it comes in and out of your body with all the sensations that comes along.

Every breath is unique,

So as you follow your breath,

You may feel your breathing right now is fast or slow,

Shallow,

Is slow or moderate,

Is calm or unsettling.

Simply follow your breath,

Allow it to be without any judgment.

Accept it fully with an open mind.

And by the way,

There might be thoughts and distractions.

Whenever you notice,

Just let them go away and come back and attend fully to the process of your breath as it comes in and out of your belly.
