Find yourself a comfortable place where you are not interrupted.

You may choose to sit on the floor in your chair.

Adjust your body so you can sit upright and relax.

Feel a sense of balance from where you're sitting.

And invite,

Invite just an inner smile on your face.

And whenever you are ready,

I invite you to gently close your eyes or gaze down.

Let's start with three exhales through the mouth.

Exhale then let go of all the worries in your heart.

Next exhale,

Let go of all the thoughts in your mind.

Last exhale,

Let go of any tensions you do not need to hold in your body.

Exhale and let them all go.

And in the next inhale,

Follow your breath.

Let your body breathe for you and become an observer.

An observer who follow the breath.

Every in breath just follow.

Then every out breath just follow.

Notice if there is any force or tension that you're trying to breathe in whatever way.

Release it.

You simply relax into the breathing and let your body do the job for you.

That's right.

All you have to do is to learn the lesson of releasing and letting go.

First in the body,

Then in the heart,

Then on the mind.

From time to time there might be a thought that comes and goes.

A feeling or a sensation that arises and disappears.

Just acknowledge their presence.

If you want you can call them by name.

Silently and let them go.

You're doing great.

Now that you can find some calmness and crowdedness.

Some connection in this present moment.

You find yourself more settled to be sitting here practicing the art of turning inward.

Of seeking clarity from within instead of chasing the solutions from out the outside.

You learn the art of tuning into your inner wisdom.

To look deeply into this present moment.

To find the lesson,

The insight,

The message that is particularly given for you.

For every incident that is happening to you in your own human experience.

Notice if immediately your mind chases you to all the worries and the problems that you are having to deal with.

Acknowledge that lovingly.

And gently but determinedly let go of those thoughts and worries.

And returning to your inner space.

Let it expand in you with the breath.

Always let this breath detect you back into your own space.

Whenever you are distracted.

Because I want you to dedicate this time to tap into your joy.

Remember the last time or the first time.

When you really feel joyful,

Blissful,

Even without reason.

If you really remember,

Your memories will take you back all the way to the time that you were a child,

A little baby.

Notice how the baby looks at things.

How the baby holds anything.

How the baby giggles when it hears a sound,

A noise.

How the baby comes into touch with the crowd as they take their first steps.

How they laugh with so much joy,

Even if they fall.

Can you see that baby?

Can you see how joy started?

Joy doesn't start from you having anything.

Joy starts when you can be like that little baby.

Return to this beginner mind,

See everything,

Hear everything,

Sense everything as if this is the first time they've come into your existence.

Because they are totally new for you.

There's a sense of joy,

Of excitement,

Of curiosity,

Of anticipated surprise.

And you may really not know for sure what will happen,

But you are courageous enough to take the step to go into exploration.

And your body,

This precious body that have been with you throughout the years,

They have stored all the experiences you have been through,

In other words,

All the skills you have earned.

So you don't have to remember your skills.

All you have to do is to be courageous enough to take the step into the unknown,

Into the uncertainty.

And trusting yourself that when the situation happens,

You will see it with your bare eyes,

With all the power and the experience.

And you will know,

You will know how to overcome them,

What to do with them.

And you may even laugh at them.

You see,

As a don't,

We become tense,

Overly worried because we anticipate so much.

Because we use our experiences and knowledge as barriers to our own ability to experience life as it comes in the next level of life that is presented to us.

It might also be that we expect too much of how much we can become,

How much we can gain,

How much we can have and be and so on and so forth.

The expectation holds your breath,

Boosts your heart rate,

Takes the life away from you.

There's no more joy,

No more curiosity,

There's only fear and constraint and tiredness.

Let them go,

Just like you can release your breath.

Just breathe out and release this tension in your body and releasing this thought that's confining you.

And see if you can tap into the state of mind,

This feeling of joy,

This space of curiosity inside you.

Where they are when you feel alive.

What are they that brings your energy up to the next level?

What is it that wakes you up in the morning and fills you with this energy to go out and take action?

Where is it that you feel the strongest emotion,

Not only for yourself but for the others?

Tap into the zone,

Make them larger,

Make them stronger.

So much that whenever you feel you're being taken away by your confining thoughts or emotion,

You are in full control of letting go of the unresourceful thoughts and emotion and tune into what gives you joy,

What makes you come alive.

Remember it.

Next time,

Next breath,

Turn into your joys.

Do what sparks joy,

What gives you energy,

What makes you come alive.

And follow that breath.

May you be well.

May you be healthy and strong.

May you be loved.

And may you always take care of yourself.

You can let go of your concentration,

Returning to become aware of the environment you're sitting.

Exhale,

And whenever you are ready,

Gently open your eyes and come back to your life with this smile on your face and this knowing of how to turn into your space of joy and find this energy to overcome all the challenges that come your way.
