Sometimes because of the many things that you are doing,

You come to a state of restlessness where you cannot sit still or take a break from all the things that you are doing even just for a short while.

Well,

It is not very helpful,

Isn't it?

Because our body,

Our mind needs rest in order to recover.

So whenever you really feel like you needed a break,

Please allow yourself to do it.

So just like you are sitting right now,

Feel the connection of your feet on the floor and start directing your breathing all the way to the feet.

As you're breathing,

Feel the feet and as you breathe out,

Relax all the tension in the feet.

And then gently move your attention on the way to your knees and same thing,

Breathing into your knees and breathing out,

Relaxing on the tension in the knees.

Moving up to your hips,

In,

Feel the hip and out,

Relax on tension in the hips.

Start moving your attention slowly through your spine,

In,

Feel the spine and out,

Relax on the muscles around the spine,

On the way up to your neck.

Now in,

Feel your neck and shoulder and out,

Relax on the tension,

On the worries,

On the burdens on your shoulder and let it move along your arms.

In,

Feel the arms and out,

Relax the arms on the way to the fingers.

Now in,

Feel your face and out,

Relax on the muscles in your face,

On your chest,

In your belly,

Relax on the tensions in your body as you breathe out.

Let go of everything just for a short while,

Come back and take care of your body and do that even more often so that you have more energy and continue living fully and happily.

Thank you 🙏🏽 Luong for this much needed quick meditation🧘🏽‍♀️, as I learn to listen more to my body when I experience pain😫, than to my mind🧠 telling me to keep going beyond the pain. This is why I take the time to quiet🤫 my mind daily and venture out on that journey to that space between my thoughts💭.☺️ I AM that I AM ... and today “that” is relaxing😌 and chilling😎 if only for a little moment in time. Namasté🙏🏽☺️🧘🏽‍♀️ #dailymeditation #healthyveyebsmeditations #numbingsoulution #relaxandchill

I’m not sure, this one was my first. I like that it was short. Let me take a breather, even if just listening. Might be a nice exercise to do for a team right before a big game.
