Recognize just how peaceful the present really is.

Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.

Take a moment to pause.

To breathe.

To feel the way your belly rises and falls.

To feel the way your chest expands as you inhale.

How it falls with every exhale.

Rising and falling in a loop.

To feel your heart beating in your chest.

To let its consistent rhythm of pulsing act as a guide.

To bring you into this present moment.

To let the way your body breathes for you bring you peace.

Peace of mind.

Listen knowing that you are here.

To know that you are only here.

Because it's the only place you are meant to be.

Come back to your breath.

To the gentle rise and fall of your body.

To feel the way your body has relaxed.

To notice how at peace you feel.

To recognize just how peaceful the present really is.

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
