The full moon casts a radiant glow upon the autumn leaves,
Highlighting just how lovely it is to let things go.
Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.
We begin this practice here by sinking your body into a position that feels relaxed.
And once you feel centered,
Extend your spine as you lift your crown toward the night sky.
Feeling connected to the earth and its grounding energy,
While also sensing a profound connection to everything above.
The stars,
And all that lies beyond our sight.
With your eyes gently closed,
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
And exhale as your energy mingles with the energy surrounding you.
Feeling the way gravity holds you here,
Physically anchoring you to a single moment in time.
As your mind begins to wander elsewhere,
Let your breath become a tether,
A gentle ebb and flow of energy.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Encouraging each exhale to extend longer than the inhale.
And welcoming your breath to find a gentle natural rhythm of its own.
Let your mind drift freely for a moment,
See where it leads you.
As thoughts rise to the surface of your mind,
Let the breath keep you grounded,
With gravity as your anchor,
And your breath as the slack in the chain.
It's always safe for the mind to wander here and there.
There's an internal knowing that something keeps you stable,
Still.
Inhale deeply,
Exhale slowly.
The full moon in Aries inspires acts of bravery and balance,
A harmony of finding peace in acknowledging what is,
While stepping toward what will be.
The trees will soon shed their vibrant leaves.
Many will stand bare by the end of this moon cycle.
Their once glorious efforts,
Scattered,
Left behind.
There is no regret,
No fear.
Because even the moonlit trees understand that we evolve through cycles and seasons,
And that autumn is a time for letting go.
Trees don't forcefully shed their leaves,
It's a natural release,
Piece by piece,
Breath by breath.
Take a deep inhale here,
And a slow exhale out.
Just like the world around you,
You are always evolving,
And part of this evolution involves releasing the dry leaves you no longer need to nurture,
Allowing them to fall,
Piece by piece,
Breath by breath.
So take a moment here to reflect.
What leaves in your life are ready to fall away?
Seasonal changes mirror our own journeys.
Autumn leaves remind us that we don't need all the answers to move forward.
We only need the courage to release what no longer serves us.
It's the act of letting go.
Readiness will never be a prerequisite for growth.
You simply need to be willing,
To trust in the natural cycle of renewal.
The moon's energy always brings a new light and clarity,
Offering insight to anyone prepared to let go.
So take a final deep breath in here,
And a slow breath out.
Bringing your awareness back into your body,
And remembering which leaves you are ready to release.
And when you feel ready,
Open your eyes.
