Hello my name is Colleen Claire and I am so honoured and also excited to be guiding you through your meditation.
So first off bring yourself into a comfortable position.
You can be seated or lying down,
Whichever feels best in your body.
Give yourself a moment here to readjust and move,
Ensuring that you are as comfortable as possible.
Then begin to close your eyes softly,
Settling into the surface beneath you.
Letting yourself soften into space.
The space between you and this report.
Softening into the space of your breath.
The space between the inhale and exhale.
Sulfon into the space between your bones,
Between yourselves.
Sulfon into the space between each bone.
Sulfon into the stillness.
Allow your breath with a gentle inhale to fill this space.
Receiving the gift the air gives you,
No force,
No strain,
As if you are inviting this loving air into your body.
An open invitation to that light,
Life and calm through your nose and into your being.
Feel as the breath journeys to all parts of your body.
All spaces you may not notice.
Traveling and bringing light even to the more parts of your being.
The air like a flowing river travels to all spaces.
Not that no space,
No cell,
No shadow,
No fibre is without its calming love.
Feel as you too travel to the remote areas within.
Exploring this inner world.
This inner life where every cell.
Every part is alive and containing this beautiful life that is you.
Your own being,
A universe in itself filled with parts that are large and strong.
Parts that are hidden,
Unknown.
Feel as all these parts radiate with the light your breath brings.
Feel them surrender to the calm.
Surrender to the peace.
As if this breath,
This light is whispering.
It's okay to release.
And journey to the space of your heart.
The seat of your soul.
Feel as this space is soothed.
Is illuminated.
Journey into the space that holds your joy.
That knows of every moment of love you have felt.
That you often act,
Be held in this space.
Into the you that knows of only love.
Soften into the space of compassion.
Where every memory of laughter.
Every memory of love.
Every moment of love and understanding lives.
Soften to the space of you that knows of your true divine being.
The space that holds you.
The space that guides you.
The space that loves you.
Let yourself just soften into the space.
This safe and unlimited space.
Feel as this space merges with your being.
Where those feelings of love,
Light,
Compassion and joy are at home.
Natural and true.
As these feelings become you.
Bathing in the space of your truth.
Journeying into your true being.
Stay here,
Explore and be with this space as this continuing stream of light circulates.
Knowing that here is where you're to be held,
Supported and free.
This space is the space that holds you.
This space is the space that holds you.
This space is the space that holds you.
This space is the space that holds you.
Begin to journey back.
To float with the stream of your breath.
Back through the spaces of your being.
Let yourself be carried as you float back to the feeling of your physical.
As you begin to notice your breath again.
As the stream of light makes its way back to the world with your exhale.
As it slowly leaves the light and peace it gave,
Still remaining.
Notice as it slowly goes back into the world.
As you awaken back to the present.
And as that last stream of light leaves your body.
Notice the difference in your body.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
Nose,
Wrists and ankles.
Stretch and invite your body to awaken.
Bring one hand onto your heart and the other onto your stomach.
Take one releasing breath.
Inhaling through the nose and exhale sighing out.
Slowly open your eyes knowing you can come back to this inner space whenever you need.
