This time and space is dedicated to yourself to find peace,
Calm,
Energy and clarity.
Happiness is already here and now you don't have to wait.
Now find a quiet place,
Reach out your phone,
Whenever you are ready.
Take a big deep breath.
Take your time to find a comfortable sitting position.
It may be on a chair,
It may be on the ground.
Make sure that your spine is straight up to the sky and that you can relax for a moment in this position.
Keep your eyes open.
Relax your tongue.
Relax your hips.
Let your body pose in the ground.
Embrace the earth.
Take two big deep breaths.
On the next out breath gently close your eyes.
Welcome within yourself,
Within you.
Just observe what there is inside of you right now.
Welcome what your body is telling you.
It is neither bad nor good.
It's just as it is.
Everything is in movement like your breath.
Everything is constantly changing.
And that's the nature of life.
Now for a couple of minutes just stay within your breath.
Observe the rising sensation and then again the falling sensation.
For a moment stay with your breath.
And if your mind wanders off,
Don't worry.
This is perfectly normal and you are here to practice.
Just come back again to your breath.
Gently,
Slowly.
Slowly at your own rhythm.
Switch your focus from your breath to your forehead.
Stay there and ask yourself how does it feel up there?
How does the speed of my mind,
My thoughts.
.
.
Are they going fast?
Are they going slow?
Maybe there is nothing.
Maybe there is something.
Ask you these two questions.
How does it feel up there?
And how is the speed of my mind,
My thoughts?
Let the answers arise by themselves without judging it.
And breathe.
Take some space.
Breathe.
Breathe.
And then you have the answers from the previous questions.
Put again your focus on your forehead.
Stay there for a moment.
Breathe.
Whenever you are ready.

In the space of your forehead.
.
.
You will start to visualize only one star.
One star in the space of your forehead.
As if you would be looking at the sky in the night.
But instead of having several stars,
You only see one.
Settle in with your attention on this star.
It is as simple as that.
And breathe to make space in your sky.
If you feel that your mind is not empty,
Don't worry.
This is an exercise.
This is an exercise of the mind.
Let your thoughts exist by themselves.
And just come back to the visualization.
Make space.
Breathe.
In the empty space of your mind you see one star.
Only one star.
Feel the beauty,
Feel the power of this star.
And if you feel that your thoughts are overwhelming you.

This star has a special and unbearable power to clear your mind.
This star is fire and light.
So now,
Each time that you feel your mind wandering off,
You will send your thoughts to the star.
You send your thoughts to the star and your thoughts get burnt in the star.
They disappear in the void,
The same manner as they came.
Do this for a moment.
And if this visualization gets too complicated for you,
Everything is fine.
Just come back again to your breath.
Remember that your breath is your home.
As your thoughts appear,
They disappear again.
They arise from the void and they go to the void again.
They appear in the emptiness and they disappear again in the emptiness.
Each time that you breath in and breath out,
You are making more and more space into your mind.
And as you continue to visualize that your thoughts get burnt in the star,
You may notice that your mind is becoming more peaceful.
And maybe you can feel that you are becoming the star.
You're not just seeing in the star,
But you are peacefully becoming the star at the same time.
Notice how your perception is changing and how well is it to become the star.
Slowly there is no more differences between you and the star.
You merge into oneness.
Escaping duality.
You are at the same time the observer and at the same time the observed.
Both point of view are in peace.
The mind is resting in calm.
The boundaries are melting.
Stay there for a moment.
Now take a three big deep breaths.
On the next inhalation,
Take within you all the power that the star brought to you.
On the exhalation,
Feel the star within you.
Feel the space.
Stay there for a moment.
Stay there for a moment.
Stay there for a moment.
Stay there for a moment.
Stay there for a moment.
Stay there for a moment.
Stay there for a moment.
Clarity is a quality of the mind that can be reached through meditation.
When the mind settles and stops moving around,
Playing with you,
Everything becomes clear.
Like the sand in the water,
When the movement stops,
The water becomes clear again.
We are able to see in the deepness and can see beyond the water.
The mind has to settle if we want to find deepness and become our true self.
Only then we can be guided by what we aspire to and can take the right decisions,
The right paths for our life and our well-being.
