Today choose love.
Hello,
This is Corinne Hinweger.
Welcome to today's meditation.
Reset your stress and reconnect to your own divine flow.
We either experience love or fear in our lives.
These are the primal life forces.
Today I invite you to choose love.
All negative self-talk is rooted in fear.
Fear of failure,
Fear of poverty,
Fear of abandonment,
Fear of rejection,
Fear of harm,
Fear of not mattering and ultimately fear of death.
On the other hand,
When we are deeply grounded and connected to our true self,
We act in love.
Make yourself comfortable.
Take a few nice deep breaths in and out.
When you inhale,
Count to four.
As you exhale,
Count to six.
Imagine or envision a beautiful golden light surrounding yourself.
On your next big breath in,
Through your nose,
Inhale this beautiful and pure light into every cell of your body and being.
As you exhale through your mouth,
Exhale more of the stress,
Tension and worry that have been stuck in your body.
Inhale this beautiful,
Pure golden light of love again and notice how it expands in your whole body.
Then exhale more of the tension,
Fear and what no longer serves you.
As you let go of more and more of what no longer serves you,
You might even notice that the color of your exhale leaving your body looks grayish and stagnant.
Take another nice deep breath in and observe how your body feels as the pure golden light swirls around your body.
Maybe even notice how your shoulders soften and more and more tension from your body leaves your body on the next big exhale.
Notice your body.
How does your body feel as it is submerged and filled up with this beautiful golden light?
Building awareness of how you feel being in your bliss,
Choosing love for the day,
Noticing deep fulfilled gratitude in the state of pure love,
Helps you to reconnect to this feeling anytime you desire.
Where in your body do you feel the sensation the most?
I invite you to put your hand on this part of your body and anchor the deeply fulfilling sensations into your being.
As you hold your hand on this part of your body,
Observe and notice how the micro movements of your hand feel as your body moves with the natural rhythm of your breath.
Let's stay here a little longer.
Anticipate the day ahead.
What could be the greatest cause of stress or fear and who could cause it?
Now imagine or envision this beautiful golden light surrounding this situation or person with pure love and watch the fear just melting away,
Falling off and just by parasing into nothingness.
Press your hand a little stronger against the part of your body where you anchor all of the beautiful feelings of pure love,
Softness and gratefulness,
Before you breath into it to activate the pure feelings of bliss and love once more.
Stay here for as long as it feels comfortable for you.
When you are ready,
Slowly come back into the present moment.
Notice the room around you.
Maybe take another deep breath in.
And wiggle your fingers and your toes.
When you feel ready,
Open your eyes and sense how much lighter you feel now.
As you experience love and acceptance today,
Tomorrow are the days to come when you feel any unpleasant emotion.
Pause.
Close your eyes.
Take a few deep breaths and reconnect to your love of life again.
Life is abundantly beautiful.
When we are ready to see it,
Immerse yourself in the beauty life has to offer.
You are worth it and deserving of all of this and more.
