
Morning Ritual: Set Up Your Day For Success
This is a heart-centred morning ritual. As you connect deeply to who you are that day and what you need to support yourself fully, you set up your day for success. More ease, flow, and intentional living from the inside out.
Transcript
Good morning beautiful.
Sit down,
Take a nice deep breath in and fully exhale.
Leave your eyes slightly open so you can stay awake and prepare yourself for the day.
Take a nice deep breath in and fully exhale.
And as you exhale you let go of all the tension from your body.
Take another nice deep breath in and let go of more and more of the tension as you exhale.
Now imagine or envision a beautiful white light beam coming down from the sky and entering your body at the top of your head,
Connecting you to the universal energy.
This white light beam moves slowly down your spine and takes with it all that is no longer needed,
Everything that is no longer serving you.
And it moves further down through the spine.
And by the tailbone and the soles of your feet it moves further down to the center of Mother Earth where it passes on all it took with no longer serving you and passes it on to Mother Earth so she can create compost and make something beautiful out of it.
As you now connect to the universal energy from above and the grounding energy from below.
Just notice how you feel in your body.
Start scanning through your body.
How are your feet feeling?
Maybe move your toes and notice how the feet are feeling while you move the toes.
Move your attention a bit further up to your ankles.
Notice how they feel.
Who are you in this point and moment?
Move your attention a bit further up to your knees.
Notice how they are feeling.
And a bit further up to your pelvis.
How is it feeling?
Be aware of it without wanting to change it.
Just building this awareness of who am I today.
Now bring your attention a bit further up to your tummy,
To your back,
To your chest and heart space,
To your shoulders.
On your arms,
To your elbows,
To your wrists and hands and fingers.
Maybe wiggle your fingers and notice how they are feeling.
Now bring your attention a bit further up to your shoulders again and tend to your neck and throat.
Maybe swallow for a moment and notice how it is feeling.
To the back of your head,
To the top of your head.
Just consciously ask yourself who am I today?
To your face,
To your eyes.
Maybe move them slightly,
Build the awareness of how they are feeling in this point and moment.
To your nose.
How is your nose feeling when you are taking a nice deep breath in?
And how is it feeling when you let go?
Maybe open and close your mouth for a moment.
Just notice how it is.
How is your jaw when you move your mouth?
And as you build this awareness of who you are today,
Being fully present in the moment,
Notice if there is any tension in your body left who needs some attention.
If so,
Breathe into it fully and ask it if you have something to tell me.
Is there something I need to do today to feel fully supported,
To create ease and flow and success in my day?
To be healthy and vibrant.
Take another nice deep breath in and exhale.
Notice what answers you are getting.
Notice if you get an answer or maybe it is a sensation or it is a feeling.
Whatever it is,
Acknowledge it.
Thank your body for communicating with you and sharing with you.
And make sure to implement it into your day.
So now reflect for a moment.
What are three things you are absolutely grateful for?
It can be anything big or small.
Just feel into this feeling of gratefulness fully in every cell of your body.
As you stay in this beautiful feelings for a moment longer,
Just notice how it puts a smile on your face.
And notice how it lifts your energy.
Now reflect for a moment.
Is there anyone or anything in your life you are not happy with how it is working at this point in moment?
It can be even yourself.
If so,
Once you realized who or what it is,
Just imagine beautiful white light washing over it or yourself.
And as this white light is washing over it,
To see how beautiful,
Unconditional love,
Pink light is starting to wash over it too,
One by one.
And how easy it gets for you to let go of all the feelings that don't serve you.
As you complete this task,
It's time to set an intention for today.
What do you like today to be?
How do you like today to unfold?
What do you wish for today?
Set a clear intention how you wish today to unfold.
Take another nice deep breath in and out.
Fully exhale.
Slowly come back to the here and now.
Notice the room around you and you within.
Take another deep breath in and wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Quickly open your eyes.
You are set for a beautiful connect day ahead now.

Excellent. Thanks and gratitude I wake up in the morning with pains in the back of my teeth from gripping this is come with PTSD trauma and shock. To listen to this audio just brightens my morning and makes me feel better now I'm going to listen to the other one where we burn off that negative stuff that's not ours! Sometimes I imagine FedExing psychically FedExing back all the hurt and cruelty that these people did to me and this was at a doctor's office in New York City I kid you not. it's almost 10 years and I'm in shock I really want to be free of it and I tell myself the only way to do that is to have justice, arrest in my case financial compensation including for them lying in every court where I sued them which is 6 courts so far. I am grateful there's a record that I've tried so hard for Justice and then ignored and denied justice. Right now it feels like there's a wall around the justice system for me and too many people around the world. The walls do come down. I like these audios because they're so uplifting and give me hope. I like your philosophy of us not being broken that we are ehole! Thanks and gratitude
