Connect With The Energetics Of Your Business For More Ease

Hi and welcome.

Today we are going to connect to the essence of your business.

This is a very pure and loving act.

It supports our business and it supports us equally.

Embracing our business energetics regularly has such a powerful effect on how easy it is for us to show up and create a business that has an impact while it nourishes and nurtures us.

Often we ignore these energetics and focus too much on strategizing while wondering why it doesn't quite work for us or why we feel burnt out over time.

Other times we only focus on energetics without taking into account the importance of our own capacity and owning our gifts.

In my experience,

Honoring our capacity,

Working on expanding it and creating a sense of safety within our experience of being needs to take place before we dive into our business energetics.

To make sure we are not just trying to spiritually bypass what is taking place and outsourcing our authority.

Most entrepreneurs go about their day with a feeling of having to carry the burden of their business on their shoulders.

They feel like they have to do everything and feel responsible for everything.

The truth is,

We are here and we were always meant to be here in connection with our business,

So to speak.

We have a sole contract that we have made with the essence of our business way before entering into this lifetime.

I believe many entrepreneurs bring in various support networks,

Or at least I hope so.

Yet they still carry the whole pressure of the responsibilities all by themselves,

Which can feel overwhelming.

Sometimes it might even feel like our business owns us.

Many entrepreneurs spend more time in their business than outside of it.

And let's be honest,

Most of us started our business because we believed in the good we can do and to create a better work-life balance.

We moved away from 9 to 5,

Yet ended up spending more mental and emotional capacity on running our businesses than before.

There is a different way I invite you to explore.

Like always,

This is not a magic bullet or a quick fix.

This is a change of perspective and being.

It's about how we show up in business and life,

And how we support our clients as we start to experience a lighter way of being in business and serving our clients in a much deeper and more fulfilling way.

It's also a relearning of sorts.

With this in mind,

I invite you to revisit this exercise as often as you feel called to,

Build a deeper awareness and a deeper sense of fulfillment and ease in business and life.

Connecting to the soul or essence of our business is a very loving act.

No matter where we are in our entrepreneurial journey,

It helps us to go deeper,

Be more impactful and create more ease.

Some clients of mine start working with me when they are already earning multiple six figures and others are in their second or third year of business.

It really doesn't matter where you are on your journey.

This practice is supporting you right where you are at.

It helps you to not carry all of the responsibilities of your business by yourself and allows not just physically but also energetic support to drop in so that the right clients can find and book you with less effort,

While the right opportunities,

The right strategy and abundance can flow into your life with more ease.

The man-made concept that we are responsible for everything is outdated.

I do believe we are responsible and we need to show up being congruent and as the full version of us.

Yet there is a softer way,

A way where we are lovingly supported by the essence of our business and where whatever needs to happen can happen without us trying to micromanage everything.

Let's dive into this journey together.

Close your eyes if it's comfortably and safe for you to do so.

Get yourself in a comfortable position.

Take a few nice deep breaths.

Notice how you feel in your body.

Notice any sensations that might be present and what is coming up for you today.

Just notice and observe.

No judgment,

No agenda.

Just building this awareness of who you are in this point and moment.

Notice with each inhale how your body starts to expand more and more and with each exhale you let go of more and more of the things that no longer serve you at this point in time.

And as you notice a slowing and calming down within,

I invite you to imagine or envision a beautiful white light coming down from the center of the universe through the sky and connecting with you at the top of your head.

And as this beautiful and pure white light connects to the top of your head and slowly and steadily moves down along your spine,

It takes everything with it that no longer serves you.

All the concepts,

The have-tos,

Everything that no longer serves you.

It moves further down to your tailbone and to the bottom of your feet.

And then it moves down to the center of Mother Earth.

Just notice how it feels as this beautiful universal white light cleanses and clears everything that has been stuck and has no longer served you.

And as you notice this,

Observe how it feels as this beautiful pure white light passes all the shoulds and have-tos,

Agendas and responsibilities onto Mother Earth.

As it passes all of it onto Mother Earth,

She takes it and makes compost out of it so something good can come from it.

Just stay here for a moment and notice and observe this beautiful rich compost that has been transformed back into a rich and supporting energy and how it moves up from the center of Mother Earth into your body with the grounded and wise energy from Mother Earth.

Observe for a moment how it feels for you to receive this beautiful and transformative energy that serves you while you are also being deeply grounded into Mother Earth and connected to a guiding universal energy.

Whatever that is in your own belief system,

Maybe it's God,

Maybe it's the universe or the divine,

Or maybe it is something totally different.

Whatever feels most aligned for you,

These beautiful energies connect you to who you truly are and who you were always meant to be.

Notice how it feels as these energies meet in your body.

Where in your body do they meet?

Maybe you get a sense?

Maybe you're not quite getting a sense of it yet.

That's fine too.

Just guess.

Now breathe into this part of your body and notice how it starts to expand.

A new light beam is starting to form from this part of your body.

This light beam is forming in front of you and it is expanding,

Connecting you with the essence of your business.

Just notice and observe for a moment what the essence of your business looks like.

How do you feel looking at it?

What are the colors and shades of it?

And again,

Maybe you get a sense of it?

If not,

That's fine too.

Just guess.

What is the size of it?

There is no right or wrong.

This essence is always changing and transforming.

Whatever you receive is perfectly fine,

Even if you have no sense of it yet.

In this case again,

I invite you to guess what it looks and feels like today.

Yes,

That's perfectly fine.

You are just building awareness of who you are today and who the essence of your business is today.

I invite you to ask the essence of your business what it has to share with you today.

Maybe you get a sensation.

Maybe you get a feeling or an answer.

Maybe the answer drops in later when you're ready for it.

Again,

Whatever it is,

I invite you to stay present and observe what it is and notice how it feels to you.

Becoming aware and being connected to the essence of your business.

Notice how it feels to you as the essence of your business is sharing with you more fully.

Now I invite you to share with the essence of your business what you feel you need in order to take the next step in your business.

Maybe it's a new client.

Maybe it is getting organized in one area of your business.

Or maybe it is something totally different.

Whatever it is,

Share with your business the things in which you would currently feel most supported.

In this way you can show up more fully in your business and life.

Notice how it feels to you asking for support.

For some of us this can feel very hard.

For others it can feel easy.

Whatever it is for you,

This is a lovely awareness to work on moving forward.

Just notice and observe.

You asking for support.

No judgment.

No agenda.

Just observe.

Even if this little voice in your head says,

This is silly,

This can't work.

Acknowledge this and do it anyway.

Notice and observe how it feels to surrender to a higher source.

Look at the essence of your business once more.

Notice how it looks now.

Has the size,

Color or shape changed?

Just observe what needs your attention.

Building new awarenesses,

New neural pathways,

New memories and a deep awareness of what is present for you today.

I hope you find this helpful.

I invite you to share with the essence of your business one thing that you have noticed today.

Something you are grateful for or you'd love about the essence of your business.

It can be anything.

It can even be the color it shows up in today.

Notice how it feels to you to share with your business how grateful you are.

Even if it is just a tiny thing you are grateful for.

Now ask the essence of your business how you can support it.

So it can in return support you more fully in the next day or two.

Maybe it is connecting with it again.

Maybe it is taking an action step you are meant to take.

Maybe it is resting.

Or maybe it is something totally different.

Whatever is present for you and comes up will be perfectly fine.

If you are not sure or feel like you didn't quite get the answers yet,

Guess what they might be and be open for the right answers to come to you when you are ready.

Now notice once more how it feels to you to support and be supported.

Thank the essence of your business,

The universal energy and Mother Earth for supporting you on this inner journey and spending time with you today before you slowly become aware of the room around you and you within again.

Take a few more nice deep breaths.

Start to move your body slightly and open your eyes when you are ready.

Reflect for a moment on what insights and new awarenesses have come through to you today.

Stay present for another moment and honor yourself for taking the time out of your busy day to connect with the essence of your business,

To start creating and incorporating more ease and awareness into your days and life.
