Cornelia found meditation while working as a dancer. A fast paced life, while working in different countries, started to call for stillness. Soon after she found the practice of yoga, and was inspired by the effects. A favourite being to settle and regulate the nervous system. After a few years of consistent practice she traveled to India to begin her teaching journey. Yoga and meditation has since then been part of her life, and a way of living. She’s taught in different countries, at retreats and studios. Playing with techniques from her background as a dancer, along with pranayama, asanas, healing and always deepening and evolving her way of practice and teaching. She wishes to share the healing that can take place through practices such as yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Welcome to share the space and arrive inside.
