This practice is a form of guided mediation that drops you into those lovely, floaty brain waves somewhere between being awake and asleep. By following my words, you'll move into an altered state of consciousness, alert but in a state of deep rest and relaxation. You might fall asleep (don't worry if you do, it's probably just that you need it!) but try to stay alert if you can. You may prefer to do today's practice at night so that you can simply drop straight into a peaceful nights sleep
