So the solar plexus region above the navel but below the heart.

Now move your attention two inches outward of the body.

Now take your awareness through the body to the backside,
Feeling the space in the center of your back,
Two inches off the body.
Feel where your body connects with space.
Feel it.

Now move your attention back to the pit of the gut in the center of the body.
Hold your attention there like laser beam focus.

Now move your awareness up to the center of your heart,
In the center of your chest.

Now move your awareness two inches out of the body from the center of the chest.
Feel the space between the center of the chest and space.

And see and feel where you occupy in space.

Now moving your attention from the front side of the body in the center of the chest to the back side of the body in the center of the chest.
Feel two inches outside the body.
Feel where the body meets space.

Now feeling your entire body from six inches above your head all the way down to the perineum.
