Music This meditation is designed to reignite the remembrance,

The remembrance of your health and well-being.

Please get comfortable and close your eyes.

Breathe in slowly and begin to let go by becoming aware of your breath.

You breathe many times a day.

So now we will simply focus on watching the breath go in and out.

We are not rushing.

We simply breathe and allow ourselves to move to center.

Move slowly into a large room that has a large mahogany door with your name above it.

Move gently to the doorway and step through.

You will find yourself standing at the entrance of the path of health.

If you are visual,

You will see the sign.

If not,

You will feel that you are in the right place.

Declare that you are willing to open and get what you need here to be healthy before you step onto the path.

Now begin to slowly walk down the path.

You are so calm.

You feel safe and quiet.

You will walk to a beautiful lake.

Beside it is a big tree and beneath it a basket.

Every time that you answer a question that I ask and you feel positive,

You may take a gift of health.

Every time your answer feels non-supportive,

Check your body.

You will probably feel your body become heavier and more constricted on some level.

Trust that your body is giving you information.

Information that you need and can use to heal.

Please answer honestly.

You cannot fool the basket.

It will not allow you to take a gift if you are out of integrity.

Just be with your true feelings and witness the responses of your body.

Are you currently loving and caring for your body in powerful ways?

If yes,

Go to the basket.

If not,

Connect to the body.

Do you refuse to work out even though you are clear that it will assist you in being healthy?

Is there a diagnosis that is challenging you or a loved one and you can't move out of the sadness,

The fear,

Or depression?

Just be with it.

Are you surrounded by loving,

Conscious people to assist you in moving through health challenges?

Are you fighting with your weight or a pattern of emotional eating?

Are you consciously getting rest to support your health?

Do you consistently feel fatigued and lifeless?

Did you become aware of your lack of care and then beat yourself up?

Now gently move to the water and place your feet in.

It is warm.

Gently and very slowly allow yourself to get fully into the water.

You begin to feel the challenges and the resistances,

The unhealthy choices,

Move out of your body into the water.

Just let go.

Let go and sense into what your body feels like,

Free of unsupportive choices.

Take your time.

Now set an intention to be able to receive all of the gifts of health and to call in support for that health.

You do not have to know how.

Intention is powerful and will draw to you who and what you need.

Now gently get out of the water.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your face and on your body and allow yourself to really feel what it is like to be free of unhealthy choices.

Take one more breath and make sure that you are clear about what you are saying yes to and what you are saying no to.

These will act as reminders of how well you are doing in areas of your life.

Breathe in one more time.

Step back onto the path.

Move back to the mahogany door.

Step back into the large room and gently close the door.

Breathe in one more time and return your attention to this space.

Take some time to journal your experience and return to this path as often as you desire.

The healthier you become,

The more powerful yeses you will acquire and bring back into your life experience.
