Felt so at peace & honored
I am nature
Nature is me
What is religion to me?
What does it feel like, taste like, smell like, sound like, move like, look like?
What does it love like, accept like, appreciate like, acknowledge like?
It tastes like sea salt & kelp & a loving kiss upon the lips of my Soul
It smells like lavender, ocean abundance, kelp, forests, freshly rained upon meadows, & freedom
It sounds like waves crashing upon the earth, my heartbeat dancing to the rhythm of the earth, our heartbeats singing like drums gently beating together, birds singing chests out full, a baby laughing in such joy, Spirits tickled with belly laughs, or my feet running upon the earth - tap tap tap
It moves powerfully like a gazelle & with such grace, it dances fierce fully with our Souls - opening our hearts to our truths, it moves our emotions with each mighty breath Mother Earth takes, with each tear she cries, & with each passionate joy she emits - it connects us with us
It looks like tears, laughter, silence and every emotion flowing from our bodies, minds, Souls
It looks like the sunsets, and the darkest nights
It looks like dark tunnels within - guiding us towards lightness of Being
It looks like all of us, all our colors, cultures, diversitities & beliefs
To me - religion loves without conditions, without borders, attachments, judgements or laws or beliefs or instructions of how to live ones life
It loves each of us no matter what we do, feel, think believe
It loves us so much, we’ve been given free will to believe whatever we want, to choose whatever we feel is needed for us in any given nanosecond of our physical life
It doesn’t question, analyze, or even know the meaning of war or struggle or hate
It embraces us as we are in all our imperfect flaws
It simply loves all that IS
It accepts, appreciates & acknowledges our journeys without any expectations or punishment & is always there when we open our hearts to receive fully
And it is always ready with open arms to greet us every day with joy upon our awakening
That’s my religion
Aho
